I have purchased multiple cars from Southwest Auto Brokers and had a fantastic experience every time. I have referred family and friends who have had great experiences as well. Communication was excellent through out the search and purchase process. During my last purchase, the auction made a mistake with the vehicle repair prior to purchase. Southwest went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed immediately and the vehicle in perfect shape. I will come back to Southwest for every vehicle I purchase. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Bruce Woolf is the owner.. contacted him and he seemed great over the phone. Gave him all the information and seemed like he wanted my business. I took down his contact information. He said to text him my email and phone number and he would respond with his information after we talked, which he did. I have a very specific vehicle I am looking to purchase and the finding to do it, so it's not as if I am going to be wasting his time. After the call, that one response was the only response I ever heard from him. I followed up with a couple of emails but nothing. I'm sad to see that I wasted
