I bought my Chevy Traverse from Reliable Motors on East Sahara and had multiple problems with it even though they had ensured me that it was under warranty for the first 90 days to catalytic converters out bad motor mounts check engine light two days after I drove it off the lot and then when I went back to have them look at it they damaged my car and then would not take responsibility for it one of the worst places you could possibly buy a car and I've lived here my whole life sad business practices

I wish I could give them a -0. I purchased a 2005 Volvo with 49,995 miles on it. I was advised by the Sales agent Mary that the car would not provide me any trouble and that it was in great shape. I put down $2500 and drove the car back to Stockton, CA. The check engine light came on while I was driving and I called and notified them of the problem. I was avoided and lied to especially not knowing until the last minute that I had to have the car smogged in California to be able to get it registered and obtain my plates. Inattentive sales staff. Even joked with the receptionist that it seemed like they didn't even want to sell me a car. When they refused to come down to market value on a car they refused to share the trade in value for my car they had already run.

My initial impression is that they don't have much in stock. Their prices are ok for a used car dealership.
I can't blame them for the masking policy but it's uncomfortable and they won't even let you step inside without it.
Mary is a no B.S. sales representative, she didn't try to push anything and wasn't in the least bit putting on some kind show. She got the deal I wanted done in record time!

Went to this lot seen a 1998 ford ranger its blue was lied to that a guy traded this in one owner bert the salesman said he knew the owner what a lie this truck when i got it had a roof hanging clutch broke owner dace was rude as hell to me and other people who baught a car there they repaint there cars trucks this lot is a no go to beleave me they got me for 3500 down and a payment glad glad i repo this truck beware this lot is not good what a shame in this time of life people take your money and smile and lies lies dont waste your time and money glad i was able to buy a new car and bring this

I went there to try to buy a car. Right when I walked in, nobody greeted me until 5 long minutes. A lady finally walked me to her desk. I told her I was on their website and applied for a car and I'd like to talk about that. She got my name, went to the back to find my app, then after 4 minutes she returned. She said she couldn't find my application and asked if I'm sure I applied on their website. I said yes. She then said, "No. You didn't, otherwise we would have it." She started arguing with me. Mary is a lifesaver, I cannot stand a pushy car salesman, but Mary is what a true sales person who should train others. She understood my needs and we drove away with a beautiful Platinum, low mileage and the payments we wanted. She was honest about everything, and it all worked out. If you get a bad car that's your choice not the salesperson. There were many Platinums to choose from and I always get compliments on my luxurious car. Thank you Mary!

This place is so evil words can't explain. I am beyond devastated at how I have been treated by these terrible Repulsive people. I purchased a vehicle from them, I take it home and all of these problems were wrong with the car so I took it back in and told them to fix it under warranty. they told me they fixed it, i went home and all the problems remain the same. I go back in there to discuss the same issues (warranty now expired) and they tell me it's going to be $500 to fix. I said ok we can do that i guess. I had the opportunity to purchase my first car from this dealership and it was a very smooth process. I was helped by Mary Nell and she was very responsive to any questions I had. The process with her was very fast and easy. We spent enough time talking about things I didn't understand, but she completed the paperwork and transitioned me through the steps in a comfortable but quick manner. My youngest is turning 16 soon. It is great to watch your kids grow more independent and mature. Also great that he can drive himself to school. He needs a car though. This was my first time buying a car and both Harry and Mary and everyone who helped made it SO easy. I had gone to a dealership prior to this one and of course they were trying to make me spend way more money over my price and so we came here. Let me tell you it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I would give this place zero stars but I can't I just received a court summons from them stating that I owe them money and I paid them every little penny that I told them that I was going to give and I told the sales person Gregory that what I was giving was it no more and now I just received a summons stating that I owe them more money I would be very careful with this dealership they tell you that it's fine and then they slap you with a law suit after a year I would not recommend them at all or their cars I had issues with the car I bought from them not even a full day after buying

I recently purchased a Ford Van from Reliable Auto Sales. Harry was excellent through the entire process and the experience was a positive one. He answered all the questions I had and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. On top of that the service center fixed a minor alignment issue after I had the vehicle for a few days free of charge. I just recently moved to Las Vegas and I’m so happy I found an honest dealership that really cares about their customers. I would highly recommend this dealership/ service center if you plan on buying a vehicle in the area. Real stand up guys.

Extremely dishonest and unethical dealership. I did an online KBB valuation of my vehicle because I wanted to see what a dealer would pay for it. It was valued at $7200 and I got an instant cash offer at several dealers. Reliable Auto Sales rep Maryam Koons contacted me immediately. I was told that I was would the promised cash offer and up to $2000 additional Visa Gift card promotion for vehicles over $5000. They inspect my vehicle and come back with a $4995 offer. They lowballed me by over $2300 and offered $5 less than their promo requirement. No reason was given. Avoid this place at all costs

I made an appointment with Mary to fly down memorial day weekend from the Bay area. I was approved for the loan and everything, had the down payment and all that. Mary assured to me that she would hold the car for me and I reminded her many times that I was purchasing the plane tickets and was 100% a serious buyer. I purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS 6 months ago and had a very good experience with the salesman until now. The piston and cylinder 1 is bad and car is in the shop with a $5000 bill. When I purchased the vehicle I asked for the best extended warranty plan I could get. Now that I need to use it ( 7months later) I find out the extended plan is a minimal plan which barely covered the repairs but I still need to pay out of pocket for bolts that were not covered and I have NO RENTAL with the warranty. If you go here. Ask for Doug. Here is the deal with this place. Tell them what you want, and they will get it for you. I would have liked to put less down. But they will get you into a car that you want. I can't say I got a great deal on my car, but I'm happy with it. I didn't have to wade through the sleezy sales men. And they deal with all credit issues. I would not be up front with what you want to put down, because that is what you will put down. They will however get you a to a great car, that fits your needs. RELIABLE AUTO SALES IS THE FARTHEST THING FROM RELIABLE
Purchased a 2005 Mercedes Benz. the day I drove it off the lot the check engine light turned on and immediately had to take it to their repair shop.
Bought a warranty that didn't cover nearly any of the cost of damages the car dealership masked for a few good test drives.
1. serpentine belt broke
2. manifold intake is broke
3. electrical short that is draining my battery (found out after I bought a brand new one)
