UPDATE: I went to their Boulder location and Carlos was very helpful and listened to his customers did all he could to please my demands. And I went home with my new car! Thank guys ! Recommend the Boulder location.
Lack of knowledge They seem they don’t wanna sell cars sales man doesn’t have experience. The manager seemed has if she didn’t wanna sell they don’t work with you in prices say the car cost this much but then charge 7-10k more I had a Large Cash down still they didn’t want to budge on prices or lower for cosmetics the door handle was broken and to repair is like 600. Don’t

I went to the one located in North Las Vegas and I will tell you this Betsy she will work hard to help you if you're looking for a friendly place to go to and someone that is willing to do all they can to help you get into a vehicle definitely choose this car lot and I highly highly recommend the one located in North Las Vegas she did everything she could to help me get into a vehicle and she was able to get me into a decent vehicle at a decent monthly payment and when it is time for my next vehicle purchase they will be the first on my list to go back to

I must applaud the wonderful customer service shown to me by Angelo as I was trying to obtain my Ford Explorer. He answered all questions that I presented to him, so that I had a good understanding of the evaluation process at Open Lot Cars. He was usually the one who answered the phone whenever I called. He even drove me to my home after my first visit to Open Lot Car Sales, so I would not have to Uber or wait on the bus. So I was happy when I purchased my truck, I had to put 2K down on a truck only worth 7K tops! but they let me bring it home after only putting $1000 down, after 2 weeks I was to give them the other $1000 but due to my work schedule I was a couple of days late, I was coming home from work when I was called and told that I had to pay it or it would be taken back, and that the guy "didn't want to do that" so I got in the shower and dressed... I was going to jump in the truck and go to the dealer to make the payment but the truck was gone! so the guy most likely called while watching

Worst communication I have ever experienced. I had to with David. His answer to every question I asked was to come to the dealership in person. Why would I take time out of my busy day to come see a vehicle that may not fit my needs. When ever I got David on the phone he always seemed very confused. If this is how I’m treated before the sale, I can only imagine the problems I would face if the car has a issue.

I was helped by Angelo and he's a really cool guy. Fun to joke with and very respectful. He did his best to work with what I had and I am very satisfied. I did have to pull some strings but he got me in a car when no other dealership would. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this service to anyone with realistic expectations and standards towards a sales company.
