Great customer service. Rick was really helpful in helping us purchasing the windows for our project. He is detailed and cares about the customer instead of trying to sell the most expensive product. The price he gave us is also much better from other vendor. Will definitely recommend to other people.

We own a construction and interior design company and have used Argonaut Window and Door company for over 15 years for all our remodeling and new construction projects. We rely on our favorite sales person, Ray for all our needs. Ray always provides a variety of options to choose from specific for the building application, points out the pros and cons and is competitive in pricing to other window companies in the area. Ray's service does not stop at the sale. Ray will follow up to make sure the delivery and installation went smoothly and if there are any other issues that need attention

Remodeling is fun & stressful. If you are as picky as I am, getting it right is hard and requires knowledgeable vendors. To that end, Ray is the absolute best and so incredibly patient! As part of remodeling our bathrooms, it was recommended that I purchase Milgard Tuscany windows through Home Depot. However, after meeting the HD window "salesperson" ("Salesperson" is a huge stretch as all he did was click option parameters in a program that spit out the total price.), I left feeling like many of my questions were unanswered and often brushed off as superfluous.

Finding

I worked with Mike Chelidze who coordinated the installation of my window on the 3rd floor bathroom of my townhome. There were 4 men, lead by Gio on the project. They worked diligently and efficiently. They were very particular with their work .... and very clean. They protected the bathtub - there were no scratch marks left. They took great pride in their work. Should I require the replacement of other windows in the future, I will certainly call them!

I wanted to share the great experience with Justin and Ray from Argonaut windows. I'd give them '6' stars if I could and here's why.

I first reached out to Justin in February for quotes on a bi-fold door, new windows, a front door and skylights. Since then, I've exchanged over 30 emails with Justin, who has been amazing. His is very responsive to emails, patient, and extremely knowledgable about the products. He also knew that I was cost conscious and made sure and worked with me to find the right windows within my budget.

REALLY disappointed. I went into Argonaut San Carlos in Sept. to get 4 large windows replaced in the front of my home....but I didn't get an estimate until November. At first, it was difficult to get the person the store recommended to measure my window openings to even contact me to begin the project. Finally he came to measure, but then didn't produce the measurements for weeks.

Throughout October I went into Argonaut several times trying to get some action. The salesman, Ray Martel, was very pleasant but didn't help. Argonaut knew in Sept. that I wanted the windows before the

1. fantastic through the process of helping me with windows from the architectural plans

2. gave great guidance on how to reduce cost

3. fantastic showroom in San Carlos with multiple brands (Milgard, Anderson, etc)

4. had very competitive, if not the lowest, prices on Milgard vs. the 9 other suppliers I had quoted

I worked with James Esver to order Emtek door hardware for my new home. Some of the hardware received was defective and also not sized correctly. More than a month later and I still don't have the correct replacement units, nor has Argonaut refunded me for the hardware they incorrectly sized. Building a home is stressful enough. But add to that a supplier that is unresponsive and incompetent makes for an even more stressful situation. I escalated this to Phil Misa, the sales manager. But I have yet to receive a call back despite leaving him voice messages. I will likely take these guys

When looking for top notch customer service and amazing doors/ windows "Argonaut" exceeds expectations.
The knowledge and experience sold me.
