San Jose Showers was recommended by my friend who completely remodeled our master bathroom. We went into the store, met with the owner and immediately found the set up we wanted. A few weeks later, our bathroom was complete and we called SJS. Frank was the individual that I worked with over the phone, Frank was absolutely amazing, prompt and honest. I was immediately sold because customer service is huge for me. We received a quote that was very affordable. 1 week later, our shower door came and Tarnell and Tamarris were the installers. Jeff was fantastic we wanted a frameless shower door for are newly remodeled bathroom, he walked us through the choices in his showroom for glass and hardware. His quote was reasonable less than other two we reviewed. He came out to measure and one week later our doors were ready to install. Installer also did a fantastic job. They followed Covid rules too.

I was very happy with the work that they did. My wall isn't (perfectly) perpendicular to the curb and I was worried that there would be an unsightly caulk line to fill the gap. I never realized that they could deviate from 90 degrees when cutting the glass to fit. The shower panels fit in the space required perfectly. They were responsive, did not try to push the sale, reliable, reasonably priced and most importantly, competent. Their hardware is high quality and trendy. I have another bathroom remodel down the road and will definitely not shop elsewhere.

I can't say enough about this company and all of the people that work there. My mother fell in the shower recently and we needed to get the glass shower doors and the track out ASAP. They were so compassionate. They came out the next day, the team of two wore masks and took Covid precautions. They were fast and they cleaned up the shower doors and put in caulking for all the open holes. You never would have known there were shower doors. They are amazing!!!! The compassion they had for me and my family was remarkable. I would recommend them to anyone.

The installer showed up on time, asked good questions regarding the install of the shower doors (our preferences since there were options) and had the job done quickly. They were also flexible with scheduling. What we got was excellent quality doors and installation. We were also provided with tips to care for the doors. We will be calling on them again for our next project.
