American Mirador built a stucco wall to enclose a patio in our front yard. Robert and his crew were fantastic at every step of the job. Very friendly and professional. His crew was meticulous and built an amazing wall that perfectly matches our home. The craftsmanship is incredible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Here is the short of it: Epic failure to respond to requests and follow ups and no shows for jobs.....
I hired the painter that did the house next door and when I saw he had windows guys out I asked if they could also get replacement trim for my windows. What a epic drama, all I wanted was to replace the window trim, so they took a couple of the worn pieces and left, but a month later before my house was painted I asked the painter hey your window guys where are they, it's been a month and no work of the trim for the window, so my painter calls and they said this and that and when and where

Had a unique application of a marine exterior door on a boat. The glass in the door on my boat was shattered. The replacement door from the manufacturer was ~ $2500. Robert and his team deconstructed, cleaned, templated and reassembled with the specified tinted tempered glass at a greatly reduced price. Back on the water with a beautiful door. American Mirador have installed mirror closet doors, several glass table tops, glass on shelving, and colored glass on the fireplace mantel over the course of several years for me. They are always reliable and easy to work with. Sergio does an excellent job measuring and installing. My furniture looks amazing, years later, with the glass protection.

Called to schedule appointment to fix our closet doors, they came off the track. so i made appointment to have wheels replaced and metal frame put back on the actual mirror. after talking on phone to Cindy i had figured this would cost us at least $200 - $300 which i was fine with as long as they were fixed. surprise! wheels were on wrong and man was finished in 15 or 20 minutes. closets work great and the wife is happy. if wife is happy everybody's happy. total cost $85.00 these people could have easily charged me more and i would have happily paid the bill. very hard to find a good honest

I used them twice, for closet doors and mirrors. Their showroom is small and everything is in one small corner, not a lot of selections. They have great price and they are quick to give you an estimate and installations is done usually 2-3 days after you order. However, the first time someone came to install our closet doors, it was not install property. He told us because "our wall is NOT straight." The second time we used them, they gave us the same excuse. We called and complain and they came out the next day to fix it. Our walls are perfectly straight, the closet door was just improperly

I just had American Mirador make a glass tabletop for me. There was a little snafu at the beginning when my request for quote was misplaced when the woman I talked to left the company. The new person followed up with me to make sure that my requirements were clear. They were flexible in scheduling the delivery. The guy arrived right on time, installed the glass and made sure it was squeaky clean. I was very satisfied and would call American Mirador again if I needed glass.

I found these guys searching for closet doors and the are conveniently located in Campbell by the perk ponds off of Dell Ave. I decided to go by their showroom and check them out.
there building is actually off the road a bit in the back of a business complex, luckily they had some banners at the street or I probably would have driven right by.
I was welcomed upon entering by a very nice women and she gave me a tour of their showroom, it's small but full of everything I needed from closet

What I liked about dealing with American Mirador is the friendly advice on what all my options were to replace my closet doors and add a custom shower door to my bathroom.
They can even do custom glass, which will come in handy when I finish my man cave table made from an 18 wheeler aluminum wheel.
Having an expert talk about the pros and cons to the various options and about cost helped me figure out the quality I wanted matched to what I wanted to spend. It seemed all their options

Showed up on time. They had to cut down the track to fit my peculiar and unexpected closet size. Luckily these guys were prepared and brought all the tools including an industrial sized saw. They adjusted the doors to work perfectly with my old crooked floors. The work area ended up being cleaner than when they showed up.
I liked their professionalism and quality of work so I immediately got a quote for old closet doors in another room. Looking forward to their next visit next week.

I've used these guys several times and have never been disappointed. The guy running the show "Robert" is a straight forward honest guy that doesn't try to play any mind games with the customer.
So far they've installed a shower enclosure and replaced a double paned window with tempered glass.
They did a good job. Their prices are reasonable and if you find a lower price somewhere else, they typically match it.

I had this company replace my shower and closet doors in my condo. They did a very good job, were fast, very reasonably priced, and I felt that they were trustworthy. They were referred by a friend who also had the same work done but a little more upscale and he was very happy with the prices and service.
