At the time window installation was completed I was told after inspection they would return to remove stickers and clean the windows. I was not informed I had to schedule the inspection.. after contacting PBI, a date for inspection was scheduled. Was scheduled by them. I then waited to be contacted to have the stickers removed and them to complete the job.. finally Dave, with a broken foot was sent to remove stickers and place the strip to cover the screws.. he showed up with no ladder and we had to give him ours.. one window was missing the screw cover.. after he left and I was putting furniture

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I paid for windows and I couldn't speak with anyone concerning my project, I was transferred to 4 different offices which gave me 4 different responses regarding the ordering of my windows, finally the so called owner told me he would drop the windows on my porch and I could get someone else to install them, Wow! I was shocked and had no option but to deal with the nastiness and wait until the windows were installed. I will never ever use this company for any project on my home.

I wish I could give more detail on the star rating. I would give Jake, the salesman who came to our home, 5/5 stars if there was a separate category for that. He was kind, professional and very patient as he explained the roofing process and components to us. However, the price we were quoted at the end of that presentation was 3.5X more than any other company we have talked to. Even after "discounts" it was still $25,000 when other companies we have gotten quotes from were around $10,000. My home is only 1650 square feet, it is hard to understand what could possibly justify a $25,000 price tag

This company is a joke. The little boy that came out to give me an estimate on replacing my roof was named Corey. He quoted me $45,000. My house is only 1200 square foot. He made some small talk about wanting to know if I knew anything about construction or if I knew how much this was going to cost me. I could feel that this guy over inflated the price big time. Little did he know I've already replaced the roof on my shed and gazebo and I'm also a mechanic. I didn't care for his attitude and I definitely do not recommend using this company.

Do not use this company, first of all, they sub contract to very unprofessional, low budget, construction workers. They did not show up on time causing them to stay until after 8pm and having to return the following day. The drywall installations in sub par at best. They even rushed the application of plaster and it spilled onto my fireplace moulding, which they did not wipe off so it now needs to be sanded.

Unprofessional, untrained installers. Had to come back several times to correct screen door and storm doors on patio/lanai. Front door removed and installed crookedly, have push hard to open and close. Supervisor came out to look over for warranty over 2 weeks ago and still no one has come to complete warranty work, no call to schedule. Local number having issues can not reach anyone on this issue. Money not well spent on this company.

This company, Mark Wheeler and his other coworkers, were out soliciting business at 7:45 p.m. The subdivision is clearly marked no soliciting at the front of it. I know we all have to earn a living but really? Who bothers people this late at night during the work week? C'mon. It doesn't matter if you have a permit. No soliciting means no soliciting. I would never use this business. My neighbor complained about them too.

We contact the company since it was on top of google suggestion for our area for a total roof replacement. Unprofessional and unfriendly. He refuse to go to the roof for insurance reasons...Seriously? You want to quote a roof and can not go up there? He then proceeded to ask for $64,000 for a new roof he did not see.. By this time, I just want to scream to him get out of my property. He then pretend to be on the phone (off, black screen and a feet away from his ears) and told me the best he could do was $ 32,000. The average quotes from everybody who went to the roof was $ 10,200.

I’m very pleased and happy with the way my house has improved . Jordan was very polite and wonderful to work with . He did more than what he said was going to do. The installation was super and the team they brought out was excellent I was very happy. Honestly I highly recommend this company I have no complaints. I highly recommend Jordan and paramount builders!

If anyone is wondering if Paramount has changed their disrespectful, aggressive marketing tactics for 2020, they haven't. I've had less annoying experiences with multilevel marketing scammers.
We had an utterly bizarre encounter with a Paramount door-to-door salesman and--get this-- the office worker he inexplicably had put on speakerphone while we were standing on our porch. Keep in mind that all of this played out when we needed to leave for an engagement. We told them right at the start that we had a minute to schedule an estimate but needed to leave. They still pulled this nonsense

These guys keep spamming me! I don't live in Virginia and I don't know where these guys got my number from, but they've called me at least 15 times today from different numbers. If they conduct their business as shadily as this, they should be avoided like the plague!

Flat out Harrassment. First the sales lady came late at night trying to force me to make an appointment after i refused over 5 times telling them we were not interested and being super pushy and refusing to leave till i finally made an appointment only to get rid of her. When they showed up the next day the man was knocking on the door aggressively and had the worst attitude when we finally answered and also threatening us. I am absolutely disgusted with the way they do business

These are the same people who have been calling my house relentlessly years ago. I told them to put me on their "do not call list" but they call me anyways. I remember the lady on the phone was very rude, and hangs up abruptly before I even said I wasn't interested. They also go door-to-door like Jehovah witnesses soliciting roof repair. The sales tactic is always the same, they tell me that my neighbors were concerned about my house and it needs to be repaired (roof, windows, etc.); but when I asked my neighbors about this, they told me they never spoke to anyone about my house

These are the guys that do all the heavy soliciting here in Fredericksburg. They'll bring in a sales rep who will tell you all about how great their windows are (they also do siding, trim, gutters, etc.)
The sales pitch is quite intensive, and salesperson will try to get you to commit immediately. I HATED their intense sales tactics (if you don't buy immediately they'll call and make a second appointment for another rep to try to pressure you. AND they'll bring the price down.)
All that aside, we were in the market for new windows which is why I let them in. I never buy
