Solar energy makes financial sense and there are incentives available to reduce your investment. As the owner of a commercial building we'd like you to think about this like you've just added a new tenant without adding any space to your building. You'll receive 20 years of "rent income" in the form of reduced energy costs, incentives and renewable energy credit (REC) payments assuming the size of your system is larger than 25kw.
System less than 10kw? There are incentives for this to help with cash flow as well. Installing my panels with Reborne Solar was an excellent experience. They walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable with the plan and placement of the panels. I appreciate their genuine service, their contribution to clean energy, and their expertise in the solar industry.

If I could do this all over, I'd go straight to an actual solar system company: https://suntalksolar.com
Suntalk Solar did the work on my solar installation contracted or subcontracted (not sure exactly). By Kelby. Their work was fantastic. My only issue is I purchased a 6kw system from Kelby. I ended up with 6Kw in panels and a 5Kw inverter all installed by Suntalk Solar.
It's been months and Kelby has yet to correct this issue.
Kelby is very personable and most certainly has the gift of gab. Those things will not save you money. He is a business man and is in business to make money
