Over the past six months, we worked with Kingdom to remodel pretty much all of the exterior of our home (siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and roof). Overall, our experience was somewhere between okay and good. The product and quality of installation were all top notch! We are overall very happy with how everything turned out. However, along the way, we definitely ran into some bumps on the road relating to communication and service.
There was clearly a major misunderstanding regarding our siding order. During the sales pitch we repeatedly stated to the sales person that we wanted no white trim

Kingdom came out and gave us an estimate for a roof and Hardie siding for our business. They took the time to identify potential areas of concern that the other contractors missed to make sure the project was done correctly. Brad was very knowledgeable and you could really tell he knew what he was talking about. This is a first class operation!

Beware of Kingdom Roofing. Before receiving an estimate they required a contract. I read it but did not fully understand it. So I asked to be sure I was not contracting to have the work performed. I was told the contract was not to perform the work, that it allowed them to work with the insurance company. That was a lie.
They later offered me an estimate for over 24K. All four other estimates came in at under 10K. Kingdom said they would price match and cut their estimate in half to over 12K (not matching any lower estimate). They claimed the higher estimate was an honest mistake......Sure!

Kingdom has failed to install gutters on our house after two months of waiting. We were told that the installer would arrive last Tuesday. No one showed and we received no call or explanation. This occurred a second time today. We waited all day and no one showed up. We received no call or explanation.

Kyle showed up on time and thoroughly inspected our roof and gutters, explaining what he found and why it was a problem, or not a problem. He was informative without being pushy and answered all of our questions. We are currently deciding whether or not to replace the roof and gutters now or wait, but whenever we decide to, we'd definitely go back to Kingdom, based on Kyle's professionalism during the inspection.

We had to have a new roof installed and gutter covers installed. We spoke with a couple companies and chose Kingdom based on reviews and on the fact that the Salesman (Luke Spence) advised on traditional shingles as the best value, effectiveness, and best warranty over metal -which would have been a bigger sale. We really appreciated this. The crew was very professional and cleaned up well, and when I had some questions/concerns, they were addressed. A few weeks after install I had a concern and they sent out their Construction Superintendent Shane Stephenson who did an outstanding job of acknowledging

Scot did an amazing job from the first time he came to inspect the damage to my roof. Unfortunately he and Kingdom roofing was the 3rd company I called for the problem. The other two were great talkers and never took any action nor backed their words. Scot has been professional, timely, and above what I would consider the standard for being considerate and accommodating. I highly recommend Kingdom Roofing and ask for Scot.
