Was having an issue with my outside unit, so I called several companies to get multiple opinions on what the issue may be. Martin was the original company that installed the unit, so they had a sticker on the unit requesting to call for any needed services. After speaking with a lady at the office twice, I was assured that a technician would be calling back shortly to set up an appointment. Nearly a week later, I am waiting to get my phone call. Needless to say, the issue has been corrected by another company.

Got a second opinion after Bryant’s gave me a ridiculously high estimate AND tried to upsell to buy a new unit. Matt from Martin’s came out and was very punctual and professional. Fixed the issue for several hundred dollars less and didn’t try to upsell. Highly recommend Martin’s for all of your HVAC needs.
