On the day of service, your tech will diagnose your product and provide you with a repair estimate. If you have the repair completed, the service charge is covered by your repair cost (it's not extra). If you decline the repair, you will be responsible for the above service call charge. As requested by many of our customers, Appliance Medic is pleased to offer a preventative maintenance service policy to provide assurance that your refrigeration system is carefully checked and maintained. Regular service maintenance assures better performance and efficiency of your equipment and avoids future problems.
It is the responsibility of the customer to familiarize themselves with waivers we have in place surrounding the provision of any services we provide. These waivers are applicable for all work performed and are assumed and accepted once you allow our technician to commence provision of service. You understand there is inherent risk in such movement.
