Cancels an appointment I've had for over a week, by text message, when it's only 3 hours before he's supposed to arrive. Demands to reschedule it for a day I don't have off. When I ask why, the only response he gives is "don't push it". Very rude and disrespectful behavior. Won't be using this service again.

Glenn quickly diagnosed the problem with my 14 year old Bosch dishwasher, and was honest enough to tell me that the $350 repair would not be worth it given the age of the appliance and that I would be better served to replace it. He doesn't sell appliances, so really by telling me the real situation, he cost himself a repair job. But the really amazing part hadn't happened yet. When he went to wash his hands after, a small snake struck at him from the kitchen drain. Yes, there was a baby copperhead in the drain (had nothing to do with the dishwasher)! We have been loyal customers of Piedmont Appliance for 20 years. I called to request service and was told Glen was booked a week out. After
3 days I reached him and discovered he was on vacation and he "passed" on providing service to our home. We are very disappointed and a bit jaded. We understand that people are busy, but loyalty should account for something.
