Reported an issue with him, he came in on time, the diagnosis was quick, he explained all the details of what happen and he also had the drain pump with him, so there was no need to wait and he replace it right in the spot.
He indeed showed he was knowledgeable and experienced in the matter.

Do not trust their website. Their website claims they are open for business and that they are located at 10020 Monroe Rd #170 in Matthews, NC but if you drive there...you find a UPS. They do not pick up the phone or answer your voicemails. There is not a live person you can talk to. You can message them and that's the only way to get an immediate response. Per the person or possible "bot" that responded to me, they claim they are not open to the public and are not selling to the public right now...however...they claim to be open on their website AND on Google. Do you not waste your time with them

This is a horrible company. I received a call from a lady letting me know David is on the way. I had a timeframe of 11-3 knowing I had a work call at 1:30pm. She called me at 1:17pm with the 30 min heads up warning. I hurried off my work call and was in the room where my dryer is at 1:47pm to find that David had just left and pulled out of my driveway while my husband was talking to him, asking him a question, etc. He came in and looked at my dryer for less than 3 minutes and gave a completely ridiculous diagnosis. He never moved the dryer, actually did nothing. What he said was not even remotely

I found their number on Nextdoor. I called and left a message. Within 15 minutes I received a text asking several questions. After sending 2 pictures and responding to his questions, I was told he is located 9 hours and 46 minutes away in North Carolina but I should try checking the child lock on the panel. That fixed my problem. So grateful for the time and professional advice. He could have just said sorry not in your area but instead he fixed my problem quickly and professionally. If you live near Matthews Appliance in North Carolina, don’t hesitate to call. It could save you time and Money

Used a few years ago for dryer repair. Still going strong and when called about washer said it lived out it's useful life. Even after only 4 years. Most repair places send out someone anyway to charge you for a trip fee and offer to fix something that should be thrown away. Good, honest and gave a recommendation on stay away from the WP Cabrio and look into LG front load and second LG top load, front load having less problems. All over the phone, no charge.
