My experience with Rescon as they continue to work on a repair to my home has been lengthy and drawn out. The service we’ve received is not personal, and our overall customer experience has been unacceptable. We’ve been given a lot of excuses, met with lack of flexibility from the project manager (Samantha), inconsistent communication, and many late arrivals by contractors used by the company. We’ve had our project delayed, and then back on just to have a contractor come out and is unable to do his part of the project because he was not advised on the work he would be completing which made
