Service Doors - the "basic" roll-up doors suitable for many applications - are also available as Weather-Edge Doors with perimeter weather seals, as Insulated Doors for maximum climate control, or as Ventilated Doors with perforated curtains for the ultimate blend of ventilation, visibility and security.
High Performance Doors with standard or insulated slats are designed to operate for 500,000 cycles with operating speeds of 24 inches per second to open, 12 inches per second to close. They provide longer life as well as enhanced security and environmental control through faster operating speed and less open time.
Counter Service Doors with more compact components and attractive designs can be provided for smaller size openings. Fire Doors offer state-of-the-art fire protection with "Easy-Reset" or "Auto-Reset" chain, crank and motor operators that automatically close the door without a loss of spring tension and eliminate the need for traditional mechanical reset.

I wanted to get a new pair of metal doors with extra security to replace our old metal doors. I got bids from several commercial door companies. Then I had some problems with the company I hired.
The first day of the door installation, when I inspected the doors, I was really troubled, not only the doors don't close completely, but the paint started to peel already. I talked to the owner of the company and voiced my concerns, he argued with me and threatened to take down the doors they just installed. Finally he agreed to be there the next day to finish the installation.

These guys are ridiculously overpriced. They quoted me $180 per half hour and $85 for each after that. Their guys aren’t knowledgeable, and they weren’t able to properly fix my issue.
If you don’t care about money, or a job well done, these are the guys for you. Don’t have a clue how they are still in business. After $500 paid for just diagnosing the issue, they quoted $1500 more to repair plus $130 per hour minimum of 5 hours ($650) and $100 travel time. Total of $2750.
Paid another company $300 for the entire repair. Plus the cost of broken part. Now you tell me if they aren’t ripping
