My experience using B &W has always been excellent. Linsey was very helpful in responding to questions about our order and the delivery process. Trevor and Andrew came out and took the time to to make sure the installation was done well. When the installation of our doors was halted because the contractor didn’t provide the sill plates, B& W had their fabricator make them the next day ,so not much time was lost to complete the job!

My first red flag something was wrong with Jeff was how jealous he seemed that I have a home, he just made little comments here and there that made me uncomfortable about how it's my moms home not mine, which didn't seem professional. The impression I got was he is an angry bitter man not happy with where he is and with no real accomplishments in life talking to someone much younger with goals made him snarky and unbearable. The deal was 12+ weeks for install putting the 12 weeks into December, and the plus part into January. For no reason what so ever, 3 weeks after paying them and signing

This company is very fake with their customer service. They do not return calls for weeks and refuse to admit when their employees make mistakes. I used them based on a previous recommendation when they were WinDor but B & W 's work is not the same. I had an expensive item scratched by their inexperienced workers (in addition to window frames) and their owners ignored the issues and will not take responsibility. Buyer beware before hiring this company.

Amazing service from start to finish and beautiful, quality windows & doors!
I live in a condo and needed to replace 2 single panel windows & 1 sliding glass door.
For a first timer like me, I have no experience in doing any remodeling or replacements of big items at home. The experience was quick and seamless from the get go. From all the questions I had initially before moving forward, to the technician who came in to measure everything, to communication during manufacturing, to the day of install : great, no complaints at all.
The technician gave me expectations on what we needed

Please don't get your windows here. There are a million other choices that will save you time, headache, repairs and probably even money. The sale is, of course, the best part. They tell you what you want to hear and give you the attention you want. But after that, it's over. The customer service is horrible. The delivery time frame is super long. The return phone calls are don't exist, their delivery window is long and probably different than what they actually tell you, and if you work (which most people do) they are not accommodating.
