They go overboard to make customers happy. Bob is a fantastic project manager. The men that work with him are always happy to follow his lead. He knows how to pay attention to a clients needs. There is Innovative and new ideas with this company. I did projects with this company and also one of the things I liked is I saw no-one trying to take shortcuts which is rare.
