Mike Madonna, also known as the Carpet Guy, focuses on client satisfactions and reputable work. Located in the Charlotte, NC area, he is available for both residential and commercial appointments. He is an expert in carpet and upholstery cleaning, as well as stain removal, oriental rug cleaning and Scotchgard application.

He takes a lot of pride in our work and strives to build long term relationships with happy customers. You may think The Carpet Guy is the new kid on the block, but he is anything but. The Carpet Guy, or Mike Madonna, actually started his own successful carpet cleaning business in upstate New York over 15 years ago.

He focused on customer satisfaction with a no job too big or small mentality. He earned a great and honest reputation and grew his business mostly from word of mouth from hundreds of satisfied customers. Upon relocating to North Carolina, he decided to start The Carpet Guy from the ground up.

Mike and team just left our house and did another amazing carpet/upholstery cleaning job. Any Charlotte area resident should definitely check him out if you need any cleaning. He’s cleaned for us 5 times including carpet, tile, carpeted stairs, and upholstered furniture. We have two large dogs and 3 cats and he’s always willing to spend time on trouble areas to get them cleaned right up and this old carpet always looks new when he leaves. The enzymes, deodorizer and sanitizer make a world of difference with a small zoo living in our home.

Mike and his team are so professional and friendly they always listen to what you want and go beyond! They did a large amount of cleaning in our house including sofas, area rugs, tile and grout, and hardwood floors. They did a great job and were a pleasure to have around. I would recommend them to anyone! I will definitely have them back soon. I want the inside of my van done next!

Mike Madonna AKA The Carpet Guy is by far the best carpet cleaner I have found in my area. His response time is very quick, and he’s very professional. With his busy schedule he always manages to fit me in somewhere to accommodate me. Him and his team are prompt , professional and very knowledgeable about their services and products. Mike Madonna came and cleaned my carpets with his worker guy. They did an awesome job I just didn’t like how often the “owner” mike went out to his van and sat on his phone while the service was being done. I don’t want to take away the good job they did but I didn’t understand why mike was in the hot van on his phone the whole time.

Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and just flat out good at what he does. The whole house looks and smells amazing after he's finished. The system he uses is quite powerful and gets the dirt buried deep in the fibers. It's shocking to see the difference between before and after. I will be calling him back again!
