We just had Mercy Carpet clean carpet in 2 rooms of our home today and we are very pleased! From getting an estimate and scheduling with Lesia, to Pete doing the cleaning, the experience was fast and easy. We are very pleased with the results, plus knowing they are using an extra sanitizing process to help eliminate germs and viruses was a bonus! We definitely recommend them and will use them again when needed.

Best prices, they did the best job we've ever had done. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable. Our carpets look like the day we moved in 12 yrs ago. You won't be disappointed. They did our carpet on short notice. Since moving to the south this is by far the happiest we've ever been. Doesn't try to up sale, but does make good sound suggestions that will give our carpets a longer life. We will have them back again and again.

Mercy Carpet Cleaning & Restoration came out on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule and were right on time. Pete exceeded our expectations of what could be done to our carpets. They turned out better than we thought was possible! Pete was also kind enough to squeeze in a last minute request from my wife for grout cleaning our first floor bathroom. Which looks brand new! Very professional and knowledgeable of their craft. We will be using Mercy again at our next house!! Thanks Pete!

Pete the owner, very nice guy, came to my house to clean the carpet last week and he did a fantastic job!! he took his time to do every part of the process and explain it to me. He told me that reason he does this kind of job is to help people by providing the best possible customer service and that is exactly what he did. We are very happy with the job and we are getting their services from now on to take care of our carpet, that's for sure!

Pete cleaned all of our carpets today! They had pet and kid stains and were in bad shape! Pete did an amazing job and we are planning to schedule routine cleanings with Mercy! He also taught us how to take better care of the carpets in the meantime! His expertise and professionalism were wonderful! I highly recommend Mercy Carpet Cleaning!
