Chip Cline has been a professional, self-employed carpet cleaner for 19 years. He has lived here all his life and his family has been in the Charlotte area for generations. In short, he is not some here-today-gone-tomorrow type who will leave you with a mess to clean up and an empty bank account to boot.
Cline Services offers only truck-mounted, hot water extraction (steam cleaning). Steam Cleaning is the only method required or preferred by every carpet maker in the USA. Period. End of story. Check their websites. If one method is the best, and required, why would a respectable cleaner offer a cheaper, inferior method?
Why does Cline Services only offer truck-mounted steam cleaning? Although it requires the most expensive equipment, takes the longest to set up, and takes the longest to perform (no quickie jobs here), Cline Services chose this method in 1993 because Chip only wanted to offer the best. Your place of business matters to you, to your employees, and especially to your clientele.

I cannot stress what a fantastic job Cline Services did on my house. Our carpets were very dirty (I have two Chocolate Labs who track in a ton of dirt, dust, sticks, leaves, etc and shed enough fur to make about 6 more dogs!!!) and the carpets now look and smell amazing thanks to Cline Services. I have a Dyson vacuum to clean up this mess, and it always pulls out a ton of dirt, dust and fur. But you wouldn't believe how things look now!!! Not to mention, Mr. Cline and his wife are the nicest people who definitely know the meaning of customer service. I was so impressed with their attention to detail
