We had a back patio, side patio, and a front yard patio poured. Luis was in constant contact with, letting me know each step of the process and informing me of what to expect. During the process he came out and checked on things numerous times through out the day. His guys are incredible, they showed up early and stayed the whole day with out messing around. They are literally hard working machines. They patios look amazing - thank you guys for the hard work and professionalism.

Mr. Luis Vasquez and his team did an excellent job of paving our sidewalk, large garage area, and extra thick pad for our soon-to-be installed water storage tank! Mr. Vasquez is very professional and knowledgeable. His experience in concrete assisted us in making the best decisions for our house and needs. DelRay Construction stayed on schedule and took a lot of pride in their work. Mr. Luis Vasquez, above all, is friendly, honest, and trustworthy; a great person and a great business!

So glad I called DelRay Construction when I decided to widen my driveway and add a walkway. Luis took the time to understand exactly what I needed and was more than helpful with any questions I had. It didn't take long to get an appointment for the estimate, which was very reasonable. After agreeing on the work he kept me informed during the entire process. His team was very courteous and got the job done better than I imagined within 2 days. I will definitely give DelRay Constuction a call when I am ready for a patio in the back yard.

I cannot share enough about how impressed we were with Mr. Luis from DelRay Construction and his team of workers. They got our job done before the time they estimated and they did a great job. Not very happy. Less than 1 year after the $4000 driveway was finished there are already several cracks in the cement. Crew also sealed off a gate while pouring the cement and never returned to fix the gate.

My experience with Mr Luis owner of DelRay construction was fantastic. He reminds me of a first sergeant that's seen a lot and knows how to fix things. Namely, the foundation for an addition to my house. This project started as rebuilding the old patio cover and morphed into an addition to the house. After consulting an engineer, I put a significant amount of work into breaking parts of the old patio slab and excavating footers/grade beams. Mr. Luis was willing to work with my previous efforts. We were very fortunate to find Luis Vasquez, DelRay Construction, when we were ready to have our old driveway replaced (it was 40 years old). When Luis came to talk with us about the project, it was quickly apparent that he has extensive expertise and experience with both driveways and foundations, as well as deep knowledge of the local soils (clay) and how they affect driveways.
Luis was quite detailed and clear in discussing what would be done (we wanted a high quality replacement for the poorly executed driveway that we originally had). He showed us all the steps, materials to be used, etc
