We hired accu-rite roofing to complete a house remodel after two other contractors bailed on us. At first they were eager to help us but soon after it was delay after delay they either had other projects and were not able to send anyone. The process took forever because sometimes they would only send one person at a time. We always asked if we were on schedule but we could never get a definite answer. 11 months later the project was completed but we had several issues with cracked flooring which took forever to get repaired. I hired them to install a new roof on my home in 2017 after the hail storms. I am trying to sell the home now and the home inspector found roofing nails coming loose and minor shingle damage. I contacted Blanca at Accu-Rite who promised to honor their warranty and make the repairs very quickly. It has been over two weeks and no repairs and now Blanca is avoiding my calls. Buyer beware of any company that does not honor their warranty.

Scheduled estimate, nobody showed. Got voicemail rescheduling for next morning. Morning comes, nobody showed or contacted me to reschedule. Called to inquire, was given a 3rd time when someone would arrive, nobody showed up and did not call.

It's been 3 months and I STILL HAVE A LEAK. they've been out here 3 times and keep telling me it's the bricks in my chiminy not the roof. They didn't even bother to go in the attic until someone else I hired went up there and saw all the water stains. My sons room now has mold on the ceiling. The man who came out made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about when the water stains on the ceiling were very obvious. 1 star is even to much to give them

I had hired this company to figure out the source of two leaks . They never did any water tests ..they never solved the issue even though they came out 3-4 times. I asked them numerous times to come and open the dry wall and look however they would not. I also told them I did not want a patch job I was interested in a real solution again they assured me they could solve the problem. I hired another roofer that got on the roof and did a water test finding leaks and resolving the problem . DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
