Door Installation:: Simply put, we can install any door type including interior and exterior doors. We can also do entire entryway creation and assembly. Whether the job is large or small our work is always of high quality. We can also assist you in choosing a specific door type or style. Locksmithing: New lock installations, lock repairs, re-key your locks, master key your building.
If it's an exterior door then you'll want to choose a solid core composite, metal, wood panel or hybrid door. These all come in various styles and offer different looks. These doors are constructed of wooden rails, stiles and toggles, which are technical terms for the sides, top, botttom and center supports.
The sooner you determine whether you need a repair or replacement, the sooner we can arrive to solve your problem. This will help us feed our offspring thus ensuring another generation of quality doorhangers. Size: We need to know the height, width and thickness. It's very easy to determine with our easy to follow measuring instructions provided below.
Hinge- A pair of metal plates, connected by a steel rod called a pin, that is used to connect the door to the frame and swing it open and closed. Door Shoe- A product that fits over the bottom of the door, both sealing the bottom against dirt, air and pest infiltration with a rubber barrier, and shedding water away from the doorway using a metal lip.
How long does it take to install a door? There is no set time to install any particular door-- each of our installers works at their own pace. Can I help? We beg you, please don't. Doors are heavy and our installers have methods of moving the doors around without assistants, by using pivoting and balance.

We didn't think anyone could save our warped French doors that would no longer open and close. Bruce took them off, re-positioned the hinges, and trimmed the doors, and when he was finished, our doors opened and closed smoothly, with a solid ca-thunk. He charged a hefty fee to drive the long distance to our home, so while he was here, he adjusted a couple of other doors around the house that were sticking. Well worth the money, and Bruce is a pleasant guy besides. He was on time, professional, and he did not leave a mess.

Our house has really weird commercial-style doors with fancy internal closing mechanisms that are hard to find and very hard to repair. Another door repair person on Yelp referred me to Bruce, who noted the urgency (door was closing fast and could decapitate our kids' heads!) of the issue and came immediately. He had the (rare) required part, the expertise, and completed a more complex job than expected quickly and cleanly and VERY professionally. I would definitely recommend Bruce and will use his services again should I need another door installed. He was helpful before we met, texting me what I needed to purchase, and was quick to answer my questions (I texted several pictures from the hardware store and he told me which door shoe, etc. to buy). On the day of the install, he worked quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing and why. Our new front door looks great as does the mail slot he installed. Thumbs up.

I have a newer home and a few of the doors in one bedroom were not closing properly, so I turned to Yelp for help. Bruce has some pretty impressive reviews so he was the first guy I called. We talked about my door problems, made an appointment, and he came out on time as promised. I agreed to his price and he started working. Bruce is a pro and knows what he is doing. He respects your property and cleans up after he finishes. Now, all the problem doors are working perfectly. Bruce did a great job for me.

My very heavy front door was pulling away from the door jamb and it looked like it might fall off the next time someone opened it. I went to yelp and am SO GLAD I found Bruce's company! I called and he answered, no waiting at all. I described the problem and he said he was sure he could fix it. True to his word, Bruce showed up within the time frame he gave me. He even texted to let me know when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived with a smile and a great attitude and assured me he could fix the door, and so he did, in an amazingly short period of time. It was a pleasure to get Bruce to work on our doors in our new house. He did more than 10 doors within a couple of hours! He is fast, and knows what he is doing. And he works well with a locksmith( Marty from Jefferson Locks and Keys). Bruce came by to look at the door that needed repair. Period. One star for showing up. As we explained, we were having problems with the alarm, so time was of the essence. Afterwards he never delivered the promised estimate, returned any phone calls, or came back. It's been at least three weeks now. Clearly unreliable or he would have at least called to explain. Will give more stars if he can bring me a doctor's note or the like. Otherwise, forget it.

Bruce was great! I searched the web and yelp to find someone to order and install a door for our nursery and only car across general contractors but no one that specialized in door installations. I came across Bruce's company and decided to give him a call for a quote. The quoting process was easy and Bruce was in and out within 4 hours. A week after the work was done we had a little bit of trouble getting the door to lock. I called Bruce and he was back out within the same day to correct the minor issue. Everything turned out great and we'll definitely be recommending his services!

Bruce is terrific! He hung four doors in our home & also installed the hardware. Some of the doors were a bit tricky but he handled it with ease. He also helped with a couple other smaller installation issues we had in our home. He went above the call of duty.
I'll say this...I learned hanging a door is not easy. We had several folks out to our house and Bruce was the best. We will be having him come back very soon to hang our front door.

I had an emergency and needed a door installed asap, and Bruce came to the rescue. Not only was he very responsive through my initial email inquiry, but helped discuss what needed to be done over the phone and then delivered the door on time. The frame in which the door had to be installed was an odd size and was slightly warped, but Bruce was a true craftsman and made it fit perfectly. He even pointed out and fixed a few issues with the original installation. I was very satisfied with his work, and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
