My family used to have the service with Top Cut Lawn and was so disappointed with the service Don provided to us . We agreed to pay $90 to come weekly and instead he came just 1 week monthly .The equipment they used broke all our PVC fence. At the beginning they came once per week and then he started missing weeks with no reasonable excuse for their absence. For his poor service the grass was poor and careless and we decided to stop the service.

I do not recommend this lawn service as their mowing is subpar. The lawn is consistently longer in some areas and shorter in others and the weed whacking near plants or lawn decorations is nonexistent. Although they commit to mowing your lawn 4 times per month, they regularly skip weeks and expect full payment regardless of how many times the lawn is mowed. When a week is missed there is no communication letting you know that it will be or was missed. Their services are very erratic and you cannot expect consistent cuts on a certain week day or on a regular basis. Find yourselves a more reputable

The owner, Don is very unprofessional and lacks efficient communication. I agreed to pay $90 per month for his crew to come once per week to cut the grass during the summer. At first they came once per week and then started missing weeks with no reasonable excuse for their absence. The grass was left unkempt. This happened several times. The last payment I sent was for the 3 weeks that they actually did come to cut the grass. They neglected to come the following week (2 weeks in a row). When I reached out to Don, I was told that I owe $90 per month whether they come out once per month or 4x per
