I gave them 1 star because I could not choose no star. I initially had a repair guy to my house to diagnose my fridge that was hit by lightening on June 9th. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. I ended up having to call them about 2 weeks later to inquire about the part. I was told that the part was in and that I would be put on the schedule. On June 25th, a different service guy came out to install the new part and after removing items from my fridge, he apologized that he had me remove the items unnecessarily. By this time the humming noise that was coming from the fridge had stopped

Took my wall oven in because it was flashing an error code and Cook's took $75 to do absolutely nothing to repair it but they did dent the trim. They said they thought it was okay, no one could tell them what the code meant, they couldn't get it to malfunction. Made the two-hour round trip back to Tulsa, paid the electrician AGAIN to put it back in the wall and guess what, 3 weeks later - same problem.
Now Cooks want to order a control board for $250 because that "might" fix it. I suggested I "might" pay them. They didn't find it funny.

Not impressed at all with them. Feel like they are in the hip pocket of Metro Appliances. We called them to repair a microwave and initially they said the power supply was out. We sent it in for service and I went out to inquire and they bring out a microwave that looked like ours but not for sure it was and from initially a power supply being out the door was sprung and they said they found other problems and for the second time they recommended Metro Appliances. My feelings are they are tied in or owned by Metro Appliances.

This is by far not the place or persons to go to I was out of town before Thanksgiving and the dishwasher went out the first person to arrive from Cooks Appliance service implied he should be getting a bonus for the repair and Dana Cook came twice to look at the dishwasher but never came back leaving my wife with a broken dishwasher. Until I had to fly home and put a new one in

This is the right place to get your appliances repaired,their repair men are honest and will make sure you get what you need without having items added you don't need, their prices are very resemble my service man explained each item and it's cost, this is the honest way of doing things, i knew just what was planed he even explained by getting the parts kit for my sick Samsung Dryer it was cheaper in the long run then just getting a few parts and i ended up with an almost new dryer.
Service was quick and professional and everything got checked out before he left i just could not ask for a better
