I set up a warranty claim to have my washer fixed and was told that this company would be completing the repair. I received a call scheduling the appointment 2 and a half weeks later, annoying but ok. Then I received a text that the part that they ordered for the repair had arrived a over a week before the service and everything was on schedule. The repair guy shows up during the appointment time and tells me that he realized that he ordered the wrong part the night before but decided to come out anyway to take a look at the washer. Drain was plugged in freezer causing ice and water to spill out on the floor. Jason unplugged the drain cleaned up the refrigerator. Did a terrific job. I would recommend Jason and his company to anyone who might have a problem with their appliances and or TVs.

I had a problem with a new Samsung dishwasher. I called the 800 number for Samsung customer service and apparently this is the company who does their work in Tulsa. Aside from the horrible email FROM SAMSUNG asking questions I had answered on the phone with THEIR customer service, my experience was very good. This company called me and set up an appointment time, and then called when they had a time slot earlier to see if that would work for me - which it did. So the technician came to my house and it was fixed very quickly. The tech was very nice, personable and respectful. So I would recommend

Repaired my outside TV thru Verizon's device care insurance. Repairman was very professional and nice. He performed the work very fast and was in and out in no time.

The repairman was very friendly, very thorough, and very professional. After dealing with the warranty company and several repair services for 6 weeks, Matthew came out and went through the oven with a fine tooth comb. after an hour he found the problem, trouble is it was a wiring problem in the wall, not an oven issue at all. It started as an oven problem, then which may have been brought on by a faulty ground wire. Seems like the first two company's that came out should have found that, but Matthew wasn't going to quit until he found the problem. Great work, I would highly recommend this company
