By speaking directly to a technician we can better serve your needs by giving recommedations, in some cases we can provide a rough estimate for repair over the phone, or if needed we can get you on our schedule to diagnose your appliance. Appliance Pro Service LLC was founded in 2006 by Geary Mathis upon retiring from General Electric with 20+ years of expierence. He took that experience and his excellent customer service skills and a dream was born. In 2007 his son, Ryan Mathis, joined the family buisness. To this date they have worked together to bring high quality appliance repair with customer service to match to the Tulsa and surrounding areas.

I needed help on an appliance that appeared to be damaged in shipping, and Gary came by on his way home at no charge to assess it and provide his opinion. I can't tell you how many businesses I called, and no one would help me in this situation without charging me handsomely. One rarely sees good deeds these days done by people that care and are not out to make every dollar they can.

Appliance Pro made the process of fixing my washer machine very easy and convenient. Their customer service is professional, they showed up on time and explained the issues in detail and repaired everything in a timely manner. They are reasonably priced and provide warranties on their work I would highly recommend them.
