Happy Holidays from Red Mountain roofing. In March 2020 they "replaced" my roof. There was nothing wrong with my roof. It was actually great. However, my HOA commissioned them to replace it. At one point the crew showed up for work without a generator and asked to use my power to complete the job. Yes, they barged their way into my home during the beginning of COVID quarantine to tap my power. No masks or attempts at social distancing. This company are literally the poster child for spreading COVID. Fast forward to November 2021. After almost two years of being separated from my mother

The team at Red Mountain Roofing always does an awesome job! They are very responsive to any needs or concerns. They are quick and do a great job. If something needs to be corrected, there are no questions asked. I've done 3 commercial roofs and 1 residential roof with them. I would definitely recommend them!

Last October 2019- they came to my home as i had damage due to a roof leak. They put white material into the hole in the rotted plywood two times before it stopped leaking. Then they sent Juan and to inspect the damage in my walk in closet and a wall all the way down to my first floor into LR and kitchen. He opened up the ceiling and wall in closet where both showed mold and it was clear that the scupper had been leaking for some time due to the amount of damage. I had a very positive experience with red mountain roofing. My Mother had a warranty issue and Priscilla called me to get some details and was very sweet on the phone and funny. She also followed up a week later to make sure everything was still good with the repairs! It was a very professional and pleasant experience.

Ken showed up on time. Did not climb up on roof. Measured outside parameters. Provided a very competitive estimate. Neighbor next door who had their roof done said Red Mountain Roofing did an "okay" job, but had to stay on them to do so. Neighbors said Red Mountain Roofing tried to use old wood trusses, but was later corrected. I think I'm going to hire them, lowest price. Update pending...

I am strictly writing about an issue that was not roof related, so do not let this review impact your opinion on their roof repair ability. While red mountain roofing was repairing my roof, they put a gash on the side of my house. I called them back, tried to be really nice about it, but they basically blew me off.
If I came to your house, and put a hole in your wall, it would be appropriate that I fix it. If you come to repair someone's roof, and cause other damages to their property, it is your responsibility to take ownership and fix the damages. Red mountain roofing did none of that.

We had a small water leak and when they came out to assess it I was mentally preparing for a $2k quote to fix the problem. Instead, Ken showed me where he thought it might be coming from, and recommended a very easy solution (removing the leaf/debris buildup) that would be easy and free for me to do before starting to take more drastic measures. So thankful for an honest assessment without them trying to oversell me on what I "need" to fix it. Thanks Ken!

I have never written a review before but I had such a bad experience with Red Mountain Roofing, I am taking the time. DO NOT use this company. When given a quote, things are great. They told us many things which were not true (like they would take pictures). During the quote, we specifically asked to have the scuppers replaced. My issues with the company:
1. They changed the dates of when work would be completed, sometimes without telling us.
2. We asked them to use the extra tiles we owned. I spoke with the company 3 times about this. They did not and brought their own.

Red Mountain replaced a section of my roof after another company (Native Phoenician, LLC, Michael and Maria Ady) had botched the job and refused to honor the warranty. Ken Figures prepared a quote using the proper materials and installation method. Red Mountain followed up with me afterwards while I tried unsuccessfully to get the other company to honor their warranty. Ken was patient, answered all of my questions and gave me good guidance to assure a lasting roof. Red Mountain was awesome.
