I contacted Ideal Comfort by phone to request repair of my ducts because they had done similar work for me in the past. I was told that it would take several days for them to get to me. the following week I received a phone call saying that the work would begin that morning. I was away when the work was done. After another week, when the performance of my heating system did not improve, I received a text reminding me of an appointment I had for that morning. I was not aware of any appointment. The same day I received two emails with the same invoice attached. I find this situation confusing. I

I found ideal comfort on the internet. After seeing the 5 star reviews online and seeing good comments. I need my ac unit repair. I don't know anything about ac units. I called Monday and was service that day. Ideal comfort was able to fixed my system and even adjusted my thermostat. I was very pleased with the services and price was very reasonable. Our A/C went out in the middle of us trying to sell our house and showings going on! Not to mention I have two toddlers and a 4 month old baby at home! These guys came out next day and repaired it in 15 minutes! They are super professional and efficient!! I will continue to call them for any future A/C or heating repairs I need!

Last week when we returned home from our Tennessee trip we found that the heat exchanger in the heating and air unit had stopped working. I called around to several HVAC companies. The first one wanted to rob me by charging me more than double what it should cost to replace an under-warranty part.
