Langley Heating & Air provided me with outstanding service for a recent repair. They found the issue in less than 5 seconds even after my landlord had a different company come. When it comes to smelling gas, I was profoundly concerned. However, they fixed it and put my mind at ease explaining the situation, what happened with the part and background on gas system functionality. I appreciate understanding what was going on and trusting it was fixed correctly! I highly recommend their services to everyone.

I had my heat pump break on me recently, and after a small breakdown about the fact that I was going to have to pay for a new system (mine is 15+ years old, runs r22, and needs replaced but my wallet sure wasn't ready) I called Langley to come out and see what was wrong with it officially and to get a quote for a new system if it was needed. Ken was able to tell me what the problem was in about 10 minutes of looking at my unit and was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost, saving me from getting an entire new system! Recently had our heat pump replaced by Langley Heating & Air. Kaleb & Ken run a top notch company. Everyone from the office staff to the installers were professional, respectfully and kind. What stood out most to me during the quote process was that Ken knew what he was talking about, did not try to oversell us on anything, clearly went over their install process and answered all of our concerns within 24hrs. through email. I contacted four other companies for quotes and none of them were as sincere as Ken was. We are very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism that we have received

I truly cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Langley Heating & Air! Not only were they able to accommodate me next-day when other businesses had quoted me 4-5 days later, but Ken was exceptional. Admittedly, this was my first having to call someone out for maintenance in my new home, but he was friendly, professional, and he answered all of my questions and never once made me feel silly for asking them.
