I had my furnace and condenser replaced. First of all, they have the lowest quote when I shopped around, I liked the extra care that Glen showed in explaining what needed to be done. The crew assigned to me (Vince, Dale, Keith, Glen) is the nicest and most helpful. They are all professional, respectful and very much knowledgeable. They did GREAT work and I'm so impressed. They never did short cuts and the quality of work is excellent. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend. Well done, team! I thank you so much.

From start to finish -- just a phenomenal experience. They accurately diagnosed what was proving to be a big riddle in my duct and heating system. (No other local company knew how to solve it). The price was reasonable; the techs were very nice, thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything they did and why. Just a really good experience.

We were referred by an existing client and called right after moving into our condo. We called at the height of furnace maintenance season but they support rep placed us on a wait list in case there were any cancellations and they actually called with an opening about a week later! We were impressed with the follow up and the tech they sent, Trevor, was great. He took time to inspect everything and educate us along the way, making recommendations and options. Highly recommend!

Roberts installed 2 A/C units recently and we were extremely happy with their service from the time we were given an estimate, to scheduling the install, and with their install as well. They were very professional and reliable and most importantly, when there was a bit of an issue with the install, Keith (one of the owners), came out and came up with a plan to deal with the situation and reassure me as well. Price wise, they were very reasonable laying out 4 different options which were also explained in detail. I will now use Roberts to do our annual service on both our Heating and AC.

My whole heating system from the furnace room ceiling to the ducts and furnace was a mess since it's installation by the Fly By Night Hot Air Company. Several hvac experts over the decade had informed and warned me of the serious problems. Thus my educated search began. I called several places looking for someone to do a total fix. Finally, Robert's Heating answered the call. Keith said "Yes, we do the hard stuff". Perfect! ...and they did do the "hard stuff"! We started using Roberts for HVAC maintenance at the suggestion of a friend. Our units never seemed to work correctly and it became clear that dumping money into repairs was not going to solve the issues that were inherently defective to begin with. I was provided with several scenarios for replacement - Glen was also very helpful in providing info & directions on how to submit paperwork for rebates. The installation took about a week - extensive work in addition to the units (zoning, adding returns, etc) and we've been extremely happy with our Carrier units.

I've been using Robert's for YEARS simply because they are the best. I became acquainted with them through residential service, but then, as president of our condominium board, I brought them on board to maintain our very complicated commercial equipment. At one point, when we were having heating issues, Dennis, our Robert's technician, went head to head with a mechanical engineer about why his proposal was dead wrong. Dennis had researched the problem, done the math, and presented his findings to the condo board and the mechanical engineer. The board chose to listen to Dennis

We replaced air conditioning system. Got three estimates and two companies including this company gave similar estimate. We decided to go with this one, since more detailed explanation was provided in the "proposal" sent by email.
Two guys came to my house on time and overall experience was good. Unexpected cost was popped up but got some discount on that.
I will use this company for regular maintenance and future repair.
Btw, they accepted credit card.

I've been using Roberts since I moved into my home 10 years ago. Just had Pete and Nick here to install a new A/C and create/repair ductwork to the second floor. These guys are true pros and excellent at troubleshooting and explaining what they're doing. They have great attention to detail and kept us in the loop from start to finish.

This is the first time I have used Roberts Heating. Called this morning after 8:00am, on the Tuesday after a long holiday weekend. I was told I would get a call about 15 minutes before a service man would be on… his way. I received a call from Scott at 11:30am. Scott arrived on time. Checked out the AC. Explained the Roberts Service Program and it;s benefits. It;s now 2:20pm, The AC is fixed and working. House is already cooling off. All work was explained in terms I could understand. Scott could not have been more polite, professional and thorough. I have no hesitation recommending Roberts

Weston and Glen Carl installed a complicated rooftop AC system ontop my townhouse in Lincoln Park. They're brothers, a great team, very focused, and professional. The 2 day job involved a crane and repairing a wobbly ladder passage to the roof....no problem... they seemed to enjoy figuring out solutions to any challenge they encountered. I highly recommend them!!

Wonderful! This is the best company! They are efficient, friendly, professional and come when they say they will. I called them when my water heater "broke" today. They called me back quickly, came the same day (I was having company and had no hot water so called for an emergency visit). Mike, one of their staff, came and fixed the problem. He couldn't have been nicer or more friendly. He explained exactly what he was doing and why and was patient in explaining the details to me. He even fixed the loose connection and I had hot water within the hour. I was able to shower before
