This full condo renovation was tastefully designed and includes some magnificent details. As you'll notice from the images, the kitchen and living room area flow very well together with gorgeous beachfront views. However, it is the detailed finish work that took this condo to the next level. Between the custom wine cabinets on either side of the TV, to the custom full-wall liquor cabinet, this condo is a party host's dream.

My husband and I trusted Mike Vitte Construction to handle every aspect of our complete remodel. Their subcontractors are experts at their crafts, and their workmanship could not be better.
We were not in FL during the remodel, so most day to day decisions were handled without having to involve us. The results are beyond what we had envisioned.
For the most part, our remodel stayed within the proposed budget. (There were a few slight increases, but that was due to the supply chain). They also kept to their promise of a timely completion.
