Poor customer service. Requested a quote for door installation, response was very unfriendly, no salutation or even a name of who responded, only asking what type of doors I purchased for install. I responded letting them know and received no response. Would not recommend.

Super over priced but only company that came to give an estimate. Once they did show up I paid them half of the estimate and Tom said new sliding glass door would be here within 7-10 days. 6 weeks later & a ton of excuses about Covid (even though the Covid scare was over) they finally came to replace the doors. In the meantime, I had asked him if it was a retro fit door & he answered YES, so I completely my claim with my insurance company. Hollys door repair was recommended to us by our neighbor Charlotte. They did a fantastic job with our glass patio door. We had recently did a break in and wanted this fixed immediately. Our garage door broke at 10am on a Sunday. I was nervous about calling Holly's because of the previous bad reviews but they were the only ones that answered their emergency number. They said they could come by 4pm and they did. They fixed the garage within a few hours and the pricing was reasonable. Very pleased with their services for our garage door.

This guy is a criminal. I paid him to fix rain leaking in my door and he gave me a 3 year guarentee. He did not fix it and is not honoring the guarentee and basically stole my money and made the door worse.
During the 2019 winter storms two french doors at my residence leaked. Tom came and slathered a bunch of caulking around the perimeter of the door frames and installed weatherstripping at the bottom of the door. The doors continued to leak. Tom returned and applied more caulking, as if there wasnt enough already, and step up thresholds in an attempt to stop the leak. The leak continued.

Hired for slider door rollers repair and the bottom track. Price of $650 which I thought was high, but the slider is 9 ft so I figured the owner needed a helper. Turns out they broke the slider-glass everywhere. We lived with a boarded up slider for 2 days and then the owner (Tom) charged us another $250 because of "extras". Don't do this you guys--I am sure they are great at replacing a screen door, but they are not ethical.
