Steve came and assisted me tonight. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to get my vehicle opened without damage, was able to cut keys for my door and ignition, verified that they worked properly and made me a key fob that he programmed and tested. I was at Panera Bread and all of a sudden my key would not turn in the ignition! After being towed by AAA it would be a 45-minute wait I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman from 813 keys of Pasco showed up in 15 minutes! They fix my car without delay and or very clean and efficient and polite! They were very reasonably priced as well! I would highly recommend this business in the future.

Definitely the person to call for new car keys. I got one remote key with a chip, a couple of transponder keys (no door clicker just chip), and a couple of regular metal cut keys. He came to my residence and did them all on the same day I called. Way cheaper than a dealer (and several of the car companies actually hire him to do their programmable keys). He is fast, good, and fairly priced. I can't say enough good things about this business.

Highly recommended! We just returned from a vacation and my wife looks at me and says......."the keys to that (locked) door are behind that door!" Uh! I did a quick Yelp search and called a few locksmiths. Not only was Shane quick to return my call, he was affordable and was at our house in no time. Thanks Shane. I know high end cars are your specialty, but you did great getting us into our room and you didn't take advantage of our desperation.
