Jerry was fantastic. He was very professional and very kind. He came out with a short time and was able to get our indoor lock open without any damage to the door or lock . It was difficult task because it was a smart lock. I would definitely recommend him for any issues you are having with being locked out.

Jerry at Centurion was amazing! He came out the very next day to drill a corroded lock off of the tow hitch of my car which no one else could get off. I never thought I would have a go to locksmith but I now have Jerrys phone number saved into my phone. I have used him twice so far. I originally used him when I moved to Land O Lakes and needed the locks changed out on my new home. He was very easy to communicate with and had me send photos of the locks prior to him ever coming out so that he could accurately price me as well as arrive with all necessary equipment. Called Centurion around 4:30 pm on a Friday as my tenants had informed me they'd locked themselves out of the house. Centurion was able to give me some options on what to expect when they arrived. They were on their way within half an hour. When they were 15 minutes out I was able to find an unlocked window I could get in through so I called off Centurion without charge. Jerry was amazing. He responded to my email within an hour answering all my questions. I followed up with a phone call and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day (it was not an urgent situation). He arrived on time and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
