We were as close to on time and on budget as possible, which is rare in San Francisco construction. We had been thinking of bringing the facade of our home back to its 1912 era, for some time. I cannot recommend Dunros Construction highly enough.
We used Dunros Construction for some outside repair work and for construction of a new deck in our backyard. Not only did the entire team do top-notch work on the project, they were always on time and extremely courteous and considerate.
Pat was extremely creative, collaborative and responsive with the design of the project.
Overall, it was the type of construction project that you just don't believe is possible: on budget, on time and completely professional throughout.

Dunros came highly recommended by two of our neighbors who used them to do renovations in their homes. We had some water damage that resulted from a faulty toilet valve in our half bathroom. Pat and his team re-did the tiling that had to be dug up and repaired and painted the baseboards. We were so happy with Pat's team that we had them do some additional painting in the house and re-wire some lights in our living room.
Pat is a pleasure to work with. He almost always answers his phone and if he misses you, he calls back promptly. Because our insurance company was covering the cost of the work

We selected Dunros Construction for our outdoor repair & replace project on a very old deck in the garden area. Pat Bolger came out and gave us a very competitive bid with the understanding it could be more depending on what is discovered on demolition. This was understandable and appreciated his honesty. He was very engaging, courteous, friendly and not intimidating at all. He listened very carefully to our concerns, expectations and what we were hoping for in a final product.

We've hired Dunros for two remodeling projects - a downstairs guest bath, and our master bath and two bedrooms (the latter during COVID). Their estimates were honest, and they told us when they may not be the best choice for the work we wanted. During our projects, they were professional, responsive, and communicative, and they finished on-time and in budget. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They are our first choice, go-to for projects in our home.
