We lost a tree in our front yard during a recent snow storm, resulting it the tree cracking at the base and falling over. After contacting Caliber Tree Services, Mr. Tim Dumantt was very responsive, came to our property the same day to provide us with an estimate, and sent a crew the next day to complete our tree removal. We had a big Chestnut oak tree in our back yard that had started dying last year. It had really wide, spreading branches and a thick trunk. It was also located at the top of a bank that leads down to a creek, so the location was tricky. We obtained four estimates before starting our project. Tim came out in a hurry last Friday because my tree had fallen but wasn't down all the way. Gave me a good price with a senior discount :o) The next day we had some more wind and when I sent the picture to Tim he had his crew out here on the following Tuesday. I attached a video of them in action and it was awesome. They cleaned up everything and I couldn't have been more pleased by their professionalism and Friendliness. From beginning to end, my experience with Caliber Tree Services was very positive. Tim responded to my initial inquiry quickly and his quote was reasonable. He, along with Julian, communicated clearly through the entire process and completed the job of cutting, trimming and stump grinding several trees in my yard in a very timely fashion. In addition, they returned as promised two months later to grind a tree stump that I had originally put on hold.

Awesome, honest, reliable, professional and fast company. Notice I said COMPANY and not a random human with a chainsaw. After using them once "to see how they worked" made another appointment for the next week to get everything I needed done for spring completed. That included tree trimming and tree removal. Will reccomend and hire again when my neighbors tree limbs grow over my property again.

The whole experience was great. Tim and his son showed up on time for the estimate. They gave us a reasonable quote and offered us a discount if they came out on a particular day they were already in our neighborhood. It was a win win for both sides. We had a huge, out of control tree in our backyard that was growing at a weird angle and had outlived its usefulness. After speaking with Tim at Caliber Tree Services, I felt that he had the best resources and best plan to get the job done out of all the services I spoke with. We had 5 trees taken down, cut up so we could split them and use them for firewood. Heavy rains caused it to take longer, but the crews acted with professionalism and took great care to avoid yard damage. It started with them doing a neighbors trees a few weeks ago, then they ended up doing 6 more yards of tree work on our street. Would highly recommend them.

Trees needed to come down. Trees came down. Even got a price break because I kept a lot of the wood. Tim and his crew were top notch professionals, and Tim always responded to texts at any time, any day of the week. He was flexible in his scheduling and worked with me while dealing with a rather ridiculous permitting process. He even gave me advice on cleaning a chainsaw and advice going forward on anything tree related. I would highly recommend Caliber Tree Services and would give them 10 stars if I could.

We had two very large trees brought down, and one other pruned, which required closing part of a street. Caliber took care of everything. They also contacted a neighbor who might have been affected by the work. The price was completely fair.

I had no idea that Yelp had a Homeadvisor-like referral service for home projects, so when I reached out to a different company for tree removal and Yelp recommended a few other companies to reach out to, I figured I'd give it a whirl.

Found Caliber through Yelp - and was glad we did. They removed 3 large trees from our yard, and did an excellent job. Even though there have been a lot of storms recently - they were able to get our trees taken care of quickly (we needed the area to install a pool). The price was better than expected. They worked quickly with all 3 trees removed within about 2 hours. The yard looked clean and great when they finished.
