This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star quite frankly. They have made it all too clear that they are willing to be dismissive to potential clientele. After calling for service multiple times, I have been told a technician would give me a call, only for no one to contact me. This has been the case 4 times. The last time I called to speak with a supervisor, they couldn't be bothered to call back either. This company is unprofessional and poor at communication and follow-through. They also need to fix their val-pak coupons, they show the wrong phone number.

Everyone from Josh (who wrote the proposal) to the two crews (who did the initial work), the technician who ground the stump(s) and the office staff (who handled the paperwork/payment) was extremely competent, polite, professional, efficient, careful with their safety and mindful of my landscaping. The crews were amazing and conscientious. They removed one large blue spruce, did major pruning on my trees, ground the stumps to smithereens and cleaned up and hauled away the debris. I would (and have already done so to my neighbor) highly recommend this company to anyone. Excellent service all around

Had a great experience with this company. I called them after receiving their name from my neighbor. Jernery came out as scheduled and gave me what I thought was a fair price. I agreed. The men came out as planned first thing in the morning. The team leader was Eddie. These guys are right on top of their game. They climbed to the top of trees and cut down limbs and entire trees as requested. They are so good that they can lower them with exact precision. We've called multiple local tree services and just getting a quote was a pain let alone getting a call back. Unlimbted answered my first call, had someone out for a quote the next day (great price!). I called on Monday saying that I had HOA approval and by Wednesday they were here. The workers were so impressive. They were in and out in just a few hours and cleaned my yard. These guys were great! Our sales rep, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and was able to schedule our estimate and tree removal before any other company we called. Their price was also the lowest by far. On the day of the tree removal, the crew arrived ahead of schedule and expertly removed two huge trees from our background. I am very happy with the service that Unlimited Tree Service provided. Josh was great and called back very quickly. Gave a competitive price for a huge pine tree that had to go out of my back yard. I actually had two tree's removed and in two days they came back and grinded the stumps. It was fast, and they cleaned up the yard well. Minimal damage was done to the grass. I would recommend this company to everyone, and I will be using Unlimited Tree Service again.

These guys are awesome. I had two large oak trees in my backyard dying of what was likely Hypoxylon cankers. The top 1/3 of one of the trees failed to leaf out this year. Anyway, I contacted nearly a dozen tree companies and received quotes that were all over the place from $1,500 to over $3,000. I checked them all out and read all their reviews and picked Unlimbited based upon their competitive price and reputation. I was NOT disappointed! I would recommend these guys to everyone. planned on opening our pool this weekend. Three gentlemen took down a tree over our pool, trimmed some over-hanging limbs from our neighbor's tree and trimmed a tree in the front that had branches over the rain spout and roof. They were in and out in about 1 hr, 45 minutes.
They were very professional and cleaned up every bit of leaves and branches. I can't stop bragging about this company. Great customer

We contacted the office of "Un Limb ited" Tree Service Inc." Thursday April 20, 2017 to have a quote given for removing a dead tree and possibly trimming some other trees. They responded quickly and professionally by arranging an appointment with their Sales Representative Jeremy Levee for the next day Friday April 21st.

I had a tree fall down in my back yard. These guys came out right away and left an estimate for me while I was at work. Then, the next day, they were able to come and remove the tree while I was away at work. That's as low-hassle as it can get. I'll definitely call these guys back up when I'm ready to remove the other trees that might fall.

I had scheduled an estimate to have quite a bit of work done. I left work early to meet the estimator. Estimator was a no-show, not even a phone call. As a small business owner, I don't know how a company can stay in business with such poor customer service. I will not be recommending Unlimbited to anyone in the future.

Honestly....I had a super amazing experience. I emailed Unlimbited Tree Service and got an email stating I would be contacted in 1 to 2 business days. I was contacted 3hrs later. Ray gave me an excellent price on a tall pine tree with some power lines in the way as well.
Ray and his team were able to cut my tree down that day. When I got home I was pleased with how everything looked! And 3 days later my stump was ground down!

We found Unlimbited Tree Service through a recommendation on our neighborhood list serve. Chris and his crew were efficient and exceeded our expectations. Not only did they remove our problem black walnut tree, but they also assessed and removed other trees around it. Thanks to Chris and his crew we no longer have to worry about a tree falling into our garage or taking out the power.
