Joey and team not only removed our old in deck fiberglass spa shell and equipment, they also provided a newly refurbished replacement spa.
After seeing the excellent work and timely install we also had them do our deck cover over the spa as well as a solid deck covering over my BBQ area.
Quality reliable work at fair prices we are very happy with the results and would use Spa Movers again without hesitation!

Although I ended up taking a different route, this guy was super nice and very helpful when I was looking into a used hot tub. I would give negative 5 stars if I could give it. I bought a used spa from the owner and I had a leak from the beginning that was never fixed. ,faulty parts that when replaced were fault as well. And they when I ended up having a real spa repair guy come out and replace parts , the owner of spa movers would pay a cent for the parts. The owner is shady and sells faulty spas. Beware of this company . The only thing good was the help from Kevin his Manager.

Passed that they are useless. They do not and will not service the brands they sell. They do not return calls emails or texts. Text messages according to their site being the best way to get service. It's all BS! After three non-returned phone calls, three email's, three texts starting on a Monday. I paid the store a visit on the following Friday. Only to be greeted by an extremely rude, aggressive, pissed off at the world sad excuse for a representative. A person with the total lack of customer relations much less communication

Joey's accommodation completely exceeded our expectations. He replaced our broken spa lifter and replaced our spa cover and took away the old one away gladly. I purchased my spa from Costco and once I heard that it was on its way I called The Spa Mover and set up my appointment to have them take it from the driveway to the back yard. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed, but The guys from The Spa Mover accommodated the late delivery time and rearranged the schedule to fit me in so that the spa was not sitting on the driveway over night. They were professional and provided quality service and communications for a fair price! This is exactly what I look for in a company I do business with!

Great experience with this company. Joey and his colleague arrived right on time. They worked efficiently and there was zero damage to my hot tub during the entire process. They were unable to fit the hot tub through the gate access at the new home however they were able to get it through the side yard by unscrewing the fence. The fence was undamaged and put back as it was. I was very impressed with their work. Highly recommend!

He sent us a few right away (same day) ..but in less than a day and a half we found exactly what we were looking for! Wishlist Financial needs speed of service service quality product quality We did almost everything online... convenience
We said YES to our backyard dress lol on Saturday and this gorgeous spa is in my back yard the following Wednesday

Brad and Joey are amazing! Our spa is absolutely beautiful! They delivered it on time, and were able to line up last min crane operators to safely and securely float our spa up and over my home, into our yard! It was crazy how easy it looked for them. This company is amazing! I called to have a very old spa and gazeebo removed and wanted the job to be completed asap. I spoke with Joey, the owner, who said that he would fit us in immediately.
They arrived very promptly the very next day at 6:30 am and did a fantastic job of hauling everything away.
Their price was very reasonable and were very professional.. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome!
We had a hot tub that was broken and wanted to replace it with another used working jacuzzi. When we got to the store the selection was huge for both preowned and new jacuzzis. Greg helpd us out with all of our nit picky questions about all the bells and whistles with each hot tub. He was patient and not pushy at all, even despite the fact that we got there near closing time. Once we were introduced to the side of the warehouse that had new jacuzzis, my hubby then threw out the Idea of having a used preowned and made every excuse in the world to why we needed a brand new

Sooooo we live right around the corner . . Guy in the store was awesome. . .referred us to the owner Joey. . We set up an appointment to visit the Placerville store the following weekend. . .awesome. . .Joey new his product, inventory and absolutely NO pressure. . .we walked around for 45 minutes and then laughed when he told us the spa we wanted was taken down to the Garfield store. . . We bought on Sunday and we're told 1-2 weeks for delivery due to them getting ready for the state fair. Got a text Wed morning if they could deliver and the did. . .
