Needed immediate help to repair my refrigerator on a Saturday. To show you how honest they are, when I spoke to Matt, the owner, on the phone, he actually had me try a few things to see if the refrigerator would kick back on. Unfortunately, it did not, and he came out on a service call later that day. He found the issue, ordered the part on the spot, and several days later he repaired the refrigerator.
Matt is extremely professional, fairly priced, and shows up on time. I would recommend him and Gulfstar without any hesitation and have already to several friends.

My AC unit unexpectedly died of age/experience so I shopped around and had four companies come out and give quotes. Gulfstar had very reasonable prices but more importantly, I decided to work with them (Matt & Jack) because they seemed the most genuine and honest. They asked questions and helped me to choose the best unit for my condo and my needs rather than just selling something overpriced or unnecessary.
This was 6 years ago and I have used them for recurring maintenance service since. They are

I HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF RECEIVING A SERVICE CALL FROM REMO OF GULF STAR SERVICES THROUGH A THIRD PARTY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. WHEN REMO COULD NOT REPAIR THE WASHING MACHINE HE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT AND STATED THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO WASTE ANYMORE OF HIS TIME DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH MONEY IN THE REPAIR FOR HIM
