Called Bill the morning after the Labor Day weekend... Maytag washer wasn't working. About two hours later the technician Mike arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Took him almost two hours and some improvisation. Great guy. Great company...I highly recommend them. Lots of appliance repair places online to choose from... I chose Action for three reasons: Over 30 years of service to the Naples community, the owner has some of his 2010 wedding pictures on his website (love that) and he encourages support for the Wounded Warrior Project.

Bill was very professional. I called to get a tenants fridge fixed and they were able to come out the same day. They also had the part so they were able to fix it same day. Most companies could not fix Jenn air models but they were able to. Most companies do not answer the phone or they charge you for a diagnosis fee and parts and labor. They only charge for parts and labor if you decide to go with the repair. They were well priced and I am happy with their service.

Bill is a real pro! At night, while most repair folks had their voice mail turned on, Bill walked me through a few steps over the phone to diagnose the problem with my washing machine, and assured me he could fix it. He showed up early the next morning and had my machine up and running in 30 minutes. Call this man for you repairs. You will be glad you did.

Action Bill Appliance Repair service is the best. While others either didn’t not respond or claimed over the phone that since all appliances now are made overseas- don’t expect them to be repaired. Bill called back during Covid times, was prompt the following day, determined the issue and ordered the replacement part. Bill and his team are true professionals, fairly priced. And you can trust them and rely on them. Now I know who to call with my appliance needs in the future! Thank you!!
