Someone from this company just came out and sat in my driveway for 30 minutes while banging on my doorbell/door.
Once they realized nobody was home they got up on my roof without permission and did who knows what. I could've been liable if they were injured on a wet slippery roof of my property. I don't know what kind of scam you're running here but stay away from people's homes, especially during a pandemic.

They did our new roof about 5 years ago, and came back to repair damage from tree falling on house recently. Workers were friendly and competent. One of them went the extra mile and helped me spread some moss killer while he was up there.

NW Roof Tech performed some repair work on my roof (loose flashings, a leak, and some loose shingles). They did a great job! They were on time and did the work exactly as quoted. I also had them inspect the roof to let me know how much more life was in it. I expected them to try to sell me a roof right away, but they said I had at least 5 more years left! I plan on calling them in 5 years when I need a new roof.

Horrible quality for my 25 year roof! After 11 yrs a total replacement was needed. Several different reasons for this, first is because they didn't put the right product on the pitch my home has. They used asphalt shingles and should have been torch down. Second fail was they only used one piece of felt and should have used at least two but more important they didn't even apply ice and water shield before shingles! Talked with owner and project manager and they only really warranty for two years?!?!!! Don't use this company! They obviously cut corners when they can then try to blame

I am really happy with the work that NW Roof Tech did. They redid our chimney flashing/counter flashing and vented out attic, along with a few other repairs. The great work they did extended the life of our roof and when we need a new one, I will definitely use these guys again. Fair pricing for a job well done!! Also they were great about answering all the questions I had.

We had just purchased a new home and worked a deal for the old owners to pay for half of the new roof. We had Tim give us a quote of a little over $6000. We were shocked when our invoice was $7850 almost $2000 more than what we had been told. We did have them replace the boards in our front porch as they said the previous nail holes would rot the… wood, but then they made some nail holes through the new wood. They also told me that would only add $500/$600 to the contract price. We contacted Tim about our pricing concerns and he said he would follow up. That was in August and we still haven

I am a real estate agent and recommend NW Roof Tech for client roofing needs. NW Roof Tech also performed a full tear off and installed a new, lifetime roof on my own house. That's always a good sign I think - if a realtor uses the contractor for their own home! Tim is super responsive and they do good work! Our clients have been very happy. Our roof was installed in 2015 and continues to look brand new.

We had an estimate of $8625 with a possibility of it going up to $9600. It ended up costing $4000 above the original quote. The gutters we left partially pulled away from the house and excessive amounts of debris in the grass and vegetation. There was also roofing debris and materials tracked through the home. They were contacted about the debris over two weeks ago and it is still there.
We would not recommend NW Roof Tech.

They came as scheduled and finished our roof in two days. The crew worked extremely hard and cleaned up well. They worked on the back and replaced it the first day, then they came the next day, which was Saturday and finished the front.
We had been dealing with a leak for many years and tried to fix it many times, they found the problem area and replaced rotten plywood and it no longer leaks.

Sorry to report that NW RoofTech's flat roof installation on my apartment in 2011 has completely failed. Multiple seam welds are coming apart from a poor adhesion job and condensation damage has destroyed the underlayment and structure. I spent months and over a dozen calls trying to contact the company. Finally persuaded Tim to look at the roof and he didn't take accountability for leaks. Said he would talk to the owner. That is the last I heard from them. Left half a dozen messages with the owner and have heard nothing back in over a year. Maybe they will treat you better ?

Wow! Unbelievable service! Realized we had a leak in the roof and with more rain on the way (gotta love Oregon). Started calling roofing companies, either too busy to come or, at best, can have someone give an estimate tomorrow. Happened to call RE agent from three years ago and she said try these people. Called and spoke with Tim. He happened to have a guy nearby who had some available time. The technician was here within an hour and had the problem FIXED within another hour. Price?
