Tony Milhouse came to my house and fixed my issue right away. There were no pressure sales, he was professional, and was done quickly and efficiently. The value and service from this company was stellar!!!! Highly recommend. I will never use another garage door repair company in my life. Also was kind enough and asked if we preferred if he wore a mask and he did!

Would 100% recommend this company for garage door service repairs. Called and they came out the very next day to diagnose the problem and back one day later to install a new opener & springs. Our repairman was Brian C. who was fantastic. He said he would arrive between 10-12 am and he arrived promptly at 10:00. Will definitely use this company again if needed!

I called Apex to review my broken spring from my garage door. Based on what I can see the system looked like it was poorly pieced together. (Before I owned the house)
I had the Technician Tony, he was very smart and knowledgeable. He even offered to come take a look on Sunday, a full day before my appointment. I am very impressed, he was quick and was able to share the workings of my garage door. I will be calling back when I am ready for more work. Thanks, Tony and Apex.

We had an awesome experience with Apex and TJ! I could not believe how quick they were able to come out to provide a quote and then do the installation of the new garage doors and door openers in the same week! I was replacing my garage door opener myself, but noticed I had a broken spring. Frustrated and now being stuck in the middle of a project I expected to have to wait a week for someone to come out and replace it. Not true at all. I called Apex and Brian came out the same day. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He educated me on why my existing springs (that had been previously replaced by a different company) were the wrong size combination and how the springs Apex uses were better quality. No pressure at all, and did I mention how personable Brian was? He even helped me finish hanging

Our garage door was damaged beyond repair on a Saturday evening. Apex was immediately responsive when called that next morning (Sunday). The whole door needed replaced, so we had to wait on parts until Monday. Apex was back the next day with everything and the repair was completed in a few hours.
There was no "after hours" charge and the technician (Nick) was very helpful and polite. The price was in line with competitors but the service really set them apart as they were top notch. Communication and updates were timely via text message. Highly recommended for garage door needs.

I had a really bad experience today. I am a 0% satisfied customer. Your service specialist Anthony M got really upset when I suggested that the original problem with my garage door still persists for which I had APEX replace my springs, rotors, brackets etc. back in May.
I don't think we could move forward on anything beyond him thinking that I was insinuating a problem with hisvoriginal install.
In any case, very unprofessional customer service...and I am very disappointed. As a customer, I am still having the same problem for my door for which I already spent $400 plus and today I was

Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We contacted APEX on Friday night for an estimate for repair. Darrell responded and offered to come that evening to get our door operational. Didn't oversell or offer things that we did not need. Very honest. Price was $20-$40 cheaper than competitors.
