Do not use this company I will never use this company just because their driver pulled out in front of me and I called the call center and his response was OK what do you want me to do about it will tell everyone to NEVER use this horrible uncaring company!
Not only pulled in front of me but caused me to slam on my breaks I have the whole phone call and him pulling in front of me causing me to slam on my breaks on dash cam

We've worked with them multiple times. Most recently the spring broke on our double door on Thanksgiving day. Given that it's solid redwood and weighs hundreds of pounds, our cars were trapped. Called them the next day and they were out that afternoon to replace it. Responsive and know their stuff. On top of that I've found each person that's been at our house to be really friendly and courteous.

Called this morning when the sprocket on my garage door chain broke off from being old. Scott from Shamrock called me back within 30 mins and was in my garage about 2 hours later. Problem fixed. Scott was personable, knowledgeable and prices were reasonable. My only regret is that "professionable" is not a word because Shamrock would have covered all of the "able's" one looks for in great home service. But alas, they were highly professional all the same.
Bottom line: We will absolutely call Shamrock again for any garage door needs and would recommend others do the same

I asked for quotes from several door installers in the Columbus area after asking family and friends for recommendations, in addition to researching installers on community Facebook groups. Multiple installers came out to my property and spent time learning about my project. I cannot say the same with Shamrock Overhead Door.
After filling out an appointment request using their confusing online system, I didn't receive a confirmation. At my requested appointment time, the sales rep showed up

I have an airhead kid that forgot to put the car in park before getting out (how this is possible, I have no idea, but I digress!) anyway, car ran into the garage door denting the bottom 2 panels. Scott came out the same day and gave us a quote on replacing the panels and replacing the door. We decided to replace the door on Thursday...had painters coming on Monday. He said "no worries, we can get it done tomorrow" and they did.

Our garage door open was fried, called our prior service provider only to get no response. Based on Yelp feedback (thank you) gave Shamrock a a call and they were able to come out and install a new opener with 48 hrs. Friendly installer, worked hard and had old parts remove and new opened, safety switches and door openers enabled in no time. They also practiced safe distancing standards and safety measures. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend this team. Thanks again.

Our garage motor went out and it was actually locked as well from the inside. Chris was our initial point of contact who came out to assess the issue. He was extremely friendly and courteous. He walked us through all of our options and gave us a honest recommendation that made the best sense. Just a top notch guy!
Mike came out about an hour later to install our new motor etc. and again just a phenomenal experience. Very professional, did the work in a timely manner, and am very pleased with the service.

Scam, scam, scam they have numerous names Overhead doors, locksmith...European accent. Over $100.00 to reprogram and it still doesn't work! My door goes up when my neighbors does. The technician had no clue how to fix it and told me to talk to my neighbors and have them reprogram their door. Yet technician charged and reprogrammed it. Blew smoke is all. Then company representative stopped taking my phone calls. I called another service who was referred to me by door makers and he knew exactly what was happening.

The spring on my garage door broke and Scott replaced the entire spring system with a more up-to-date design. Scott called soon after I left him a message and his communication throughout was great. He arrived exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job. Plus, he is a really good guy. Great work at a great price and I recommend him highly.

I wanted to give a shout out to Shamrock. We purchased a condo in New Albany last fall. From when we lived in we have had trouble with the garage door opener. We had Shamrock come out to check it out. Got their name from Yelp. They came out and told me it was just a simple change of the light bulbs. It seems that the LED light have a signal that they omit interferes with the signal. Changed the bulbs and door worked again. About a month later the problem started again. I was so frustrated I called Shamrock. Chris came out this morning while I was at work. He had my husband called me and said that

We recently replaced our garage door opener. Our problems started when the installer cut our security system wires. My husband managed to cobble them back together. A week after installation a spring snapped. Can't say if this is related or not. Then five months later the lift bar came detached and was wobbling everywhere. The pin had come loose... which is when we found that the pin was "locked" using a staple and tape instead of a cotter pin (photo) I wouldn't trust this company for safety unless it was just one bad installer.

Scott was referred by a friend a few years ago when my garage door broke during that last horrible winter we had here in Columbus, and he quickly came out to repair the door. I was always grateful for that. Fast forward to this fall, where I decided to have the whole 30-year old system replaced. His price was reasonable, and it came out great. Excellent quality equipment, smart phone capable opener, color matched perfectly to my house trim. Couldn't be happier with the result. I always try to hire local small businesses for home repairs, and we are lucky in the Powell and Dublin areas

We moved into a home last summer in which the garage doors needed updated. Scott was one of the vendors we were reviewing. He came out and gave us some great options at a reasonable price. I really appreciate the fact that he listened to what we wanted. Some vendors will steer you into more expensive options that do not really affect the outcome of your goal. Friday evening the springs failed on our garage door, Shamrock's site says they are available 24/7, as does the promotional video, so a I called, and got the answering service. No problem, they provide an option to e-mail them. I checked my e-mail in the morning, and didn't see a response yet, so I called back and got the answering service again. Maybe they werent' working today.
In the meantime, I called a second company who answered, and while I was on the phone making an appointment
