I can't say enough positive things! Great service AND great pricing. Can't beat that! I got A1's name from 'Hilliard Moms' group for good reason. Bethany scheduled us for an estimate right away and stayed connected through the whole process. Even though I asked for numbers and information on different doors and options, she never once made me feel like an imposition (all too common these days). I never felt any pressure to 'upgrade' or spend more money.

Great experience with A1 Garage repair! They were able to come by and give me a same day free estimate and gave me advice on how to contact the manufacturer and get a replacement part under warranty. They said that I could attempt the repair myself or call them to replace the broken part. I ended up having them do the work for me and they did a great job!

Called A1 garage repair earlier today as our garage wouldn't open. The spring coil was snapped. Naji answer his phone promptly and came after hours to fix the garage this evening. He was prompt, detailed oriented and even fixed our other garage as there was a loose screw. He was also the most affordable of all the quotes that I received. He has almost a perfect score on here a good reason - highly recommend.

I have taken A1’s help twice and Naji has done a super job both times. The first time was to replace the garage door spring. The second time when our door was painted and we accidentally tried opening it the opener got affected. He came and fixed it very quickly and wouldn’t even charge me for the minimal work

We've used this business twice for a broken spring. Most recent was today. They were able to fit us in less than 4 hours after I called. I was very impressed because time was of the essence and we couldn't open the garage door at all. Very professional and punctual. Definitely would recommend A1!

A1 came over yesterday to replace our Garage door cables. Everything seemed to be working until the morning came around. We were able to open the garage with no issue but when putting it back down, 3 wheels came off the track and our garage door wouldn't close. It's now hanging by 2 wheels and we are unable to connect with anyone. Weve called the main line and also the owners cell phone. Luckily another garage door company is across the street completing some work. Will not be using A1 again.

What an amazing company. This is my second time working with them and I am just floored at the professionalism and caring that this company consistently has. The office manager Kim was so friendly and easy to talk with. The owner, Naji, came out to fix our door and was done in minutes and was unbelievably fair and honest in his pricing. This small business is doing EVERYTHING right (and as a fellow small business owner, I know how hard that is to do). I will never call anyone else for my garage door needs and you shouldn't either!

Thank goodness for Naji! He is probably one of the happiest guys I have ever met. Poor gentleman came to work on my garage in the 90° weather, and did it with a smile.
