Owner came out within an hour in a half of us calling. He gave us options and was very friendly and thorough with explaining everything to me and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend and I will definitely call again if we have any other issues with our garage.

We had an accident where our truck with through the garage door and rammed our two cars in the garage. This happened the day after Thanksgiving. The owner and Tony literally rushed to our house and assessed the situation. They returned with a VERY high quality door. They stayed well into the late evening and replaced the door. Got home late this evening and the garage door was broken. Within 30 minutes of placing my call, they were at my door. He arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me two options for repair along with the cost. The spring on the door needed to be replaced. He left to get parts and came back in 30 minutes. He did the repair
in about 40 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

We needed an emergency repair at work when our garage door was stuck open and a couple of the rollers were off track. It was already late in the day when called. The owner came as soon as he could, let us know everything that needed to be done and fixed it. He kept safety as a priority and really helped us out in a pinch when another company had not fixed the door correctly the day before. Highly recommend!

Came out about an hour after I called them on a Saturday. The owner was really friendly, honest and reliable. He was able to replace the broken spring on-site. The cost was not bad considering the repair and labor. It took him almost an hour. He also gave me an estimate if I wanted to replace everything by my request. I can use my garage door again. I highly recommend them!

I went to close my garage door and it suddenly began going down crooked. I called Hilliard Garage Doors on a Sunday evening and they were at my house within a couple of hours. On a Thursday morning I went to put out my trash for trash collection day and when attempting to opem my garage door it only went up a couple of inches. To make a long story short I discovered one of the big springs on the door was broken.
