Carlos explained what was needed and gave us a price for his work which we agreed upon before he started. He was efficient and told us what to expect. The refrigerator is now humming and working beautifully. We are very pleased with his work and will call him again if we have a problem with an appliance.

Hired to fix LG refrigerator that stopped cooling. TEC came over and said that they will fix it. Spent 30 min or so and then charged 325 (!) saying they replaced a relay and in 4-8 hours it will start cooling. If not it might be a compressor and the cost will be 1200-1600. (!) Long story short, the refrigerator still didnt work. I then called LG and they came and fixed the compressor under LG warranty. It is well known that LG compressors are covered for 10 years and are known to break. TEC should have known that. But the worst part is that the relay work that TEC did actually broke the fridge

The repairman Carlos whom serviced our Maytag Washer was very professional, and courteous. He was efficient with ordering the part and replacing it. The cost for the part and labor was a little high, but overall he was very good at what he does.

I had the exact same experience as another reviewer. tec claimed it was the door latch, charged me $256 for the part. when that didn't work, i'm told it needs another part that is no longer available. i also did not get the alleged 15% discount that i mentioned when i called to schedule the service. the service man was late both times, by a full day the second time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

Excellent, speedy and courteous. I called on a Friday night of a holiday week, and had next day service for my fridge! The service man that did the work was awesome, he arrived promptly, was friendly yet professional and diagnosed the issue right away. Parts and Repair all with a few hours. I highly recommend.
