I called this company, I got Horacio on the line. Now, at first he seemed very helpful. He asked me to send him a picture of the model and that he would order the part. I never heard back from the guy as to next steps. I texted him a couple of times, no response. I called him twice and each time he assured me he would get to me. The entire process of just getting him on the phone took 4 hrs. At the end of this, i finally got him on text and he said: "you're not the only customer, I am very busy"....Seriously? I don't live under a rock, LOL. Can't believe I'm not the

They did get the job done, fast in 2 days but Idk if I got rip off. I asked my repair man twice for receipts to the parts they had purchased to repair the washer and he never showed me receipts. I asked him to e-mail me the 90 warranty to cover the appliance he never e-mailed me I had to call the owner. Overall, they do a great job in repairs but they need to be more professional and strive to make their customers happy.

Next day service and nothing wrong. It doesn't get anymore honest or reliable! I called yesterday and they were slammed. They squeezed me in the next day at lunchtime. The tech found nothing wrong and maybe I had used too much detergent! Left with just the service charge! Definitely call them. Very honest locally owned business!

Many appliance repair listings are just referral services where the "800"
number will just connect to an unknown company. Skyline is real people
and local people. I found them knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and--dare I say the word--ethical. Oscar was great. His boss was straightforward.
I have been around many years and I don't toss around compliments.
Skyline is a company I will definitely reach out to again if needed in the future.

Charged $80 for a "diagnosis", 10 min visit where they said you need a new $1 part. Bought the part, installed it myself..no luck. When I asked them to come back out, they never came back or followed up. Don't recommend.
Update: Horacio's comments are not true. We spoke On March 24th - we identified the parts to purchase. He was going to call back with pricing and a plan to complete the work. No call, no text, no follow-up.

Paid for a repair technician come out to diagnose our washer/dryer issue on 12/14. Following paying for only the diagnosis, I had to call multiple times to receive a response on next steps/getting the parts ordered. 2 weeks following initial visit (after I left multiple voicemails), I was finally called back and was told the parts were ordered but were on backorder, and they would get back to us in mid-January.
Since then, I have received no updates despite leaving voicemails requesting for status updates.
Seems to be a total scam as we paid for the technician to only diagnose the issue but

I called them at 11:30AM today and said they can have someone over today between 1-2pm. I was relieved that they were able to have someone over so quickly. My oven wasn't working but the stove top was. Oscar came at 1:15 and was done in about 20 minutes. I found my new repair service for any of my future needs when needed. I just had to write this ASAP as it was just a great experience all around.

Highly recommend Skyline Appliance repair. I used another repair company when my fridge wouldn't cool. They claimed to put in a new fan motor and then it started making really loud noise. I called to complain and they were really unprofessional. I then called Skyline appliances and Horacio came to look at it. He showed me the fan motor they claimed to put in but they never replaced it. He was super knowledgeable and helpful! This is an appliance repair company you can trust 100 percent! Super professional and affordable prices!

Called them out to fix a fridge and oven. They couldn't fix either which is fine. BUT I was charged a different price for coming out then what I was told. 33% more and when asked why they said because of the brand of appliance. Huh? I told them before hand it was a Frigidaire. They said they'd let me know in a few hours or a day about a part still haven't heard. Idk felt like a waste of $. The repair guy was OK but it doesn't sit right that they arbitrarily changed the price for just looking.

He was prompt, friendly, and professional, and he was able.to diagnose the problem quickly, ordered the part, and returned the next morning to finish the job. I could not be happier with this company. I am a Realtor and my client's built-in Bosch microwave was not working. They had previously had an appliance repair person out to try to fix the problem, only to have them come back multiple times and not be able to figure out the problem. I have a old GE Fridge. Over the weekend suddenly started making a loud annoying sound. I called multiple companies. Horacio was the only one answered and committed to seeing me on Monday evening. On the day of the appointment, he called to let me know his ETA. He was wearing mask and gloves. He was quick to diagnose the problem w the compressor. He was honest and told me not to spend the money but save it to buy a new fridge. He even gave me advice on brands to avoid. He accepted payment via Quick Pay. Oscar incorrectly diagnosed our refrigerator issue. He said it was the computer, which was the first and only component he tested. It costed $300 for the computer replacement part. After he replaced the computer he said to give it 24 hours to fully cycle and make sure that that was the issue. 24 passed and the problem persisted. He came back to remove the computer and return the check and told us that we might need to start looking for another refrigerator. He didn’t attempt to retest and find the real issue he just left. Fast forward a few days we decided to go to you tube and self diagnose

There was a little wait for getting an appointment to fix my refrigerator but since the issue was not an emergency it was not a problem. Oscar called about 1.5 hours before the set time and asked if he could come earlier -- since I was at home, that worked out very well for both of us. I'd been quoted a price-range and the final cost was at the lower end of that range, so I was very happy about that as well. Oscar was great to work with and had the cause taken care of quickly and even helped clean up. So the next time that I have any appliance problems, I know that I won't have to search

The quote to come out was very reasonable. $60 for the diagnosis and visit, and $60 for labor, not including parts. As my machine was inexpensive to begin with ($1400), I felt it was worth the time to have someone come see what I was worried about.
They sent a technician (Oscar) to my home, and he was there within the timeline provided. Oscar was honest, forthcoming
