Aesthetic Repairs

I had a terrible experience with this company. The technician that came out misled me as far as what the repairs would be and lied to me about what I was signing. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they tried to deny that requires. It was only when I said I would give them a negative review, that a supervisor was available. When the supervisor called me she was rude, would not address the issues brought to her attention, and instead tried to blame me. Now I'm out money for a useless service call.

Bryce from Aesthetic Repairs arrived on time and exhibited excellent communication and completed a professional repair of my Gas Whirlpool Duet dryer. I see a few others have left negative reviews, but my experience was nothing but professional. As a business owner with employees I can understand how an employee may not offer the same level of service as the owner. This may explain those negative reviews. I'd say if you need a quality appliance repair from a qualified person who cares, work with Bryce. He'll take good care of you.

Terrible service, customer service is absolutely a mess, they use another company to help schedule handle payment that have absolutely no customer service skills. I called and left a message directly with Bryce and I have yet to receive a call back. Choice home warranty needs either stop using Aesthetic Repairs or give people a choice to pick alternative appliances repair company.

Again, not one to put bad reviews but the service was so blatantly below standard that as a consumer, I need to give forewarning. This company refused to fix a rental unit dryer because the stackable unit was not unhooked by me or the tenant or taken out of the closest space where it is located in the unit, prior to the repairman coming in. They were in contract with Sears and as you may know, Sears filed for bankruptcy which ultimately means cutting corners on all warranties. The repairman knew the dryer type and where it was located and gave no warning that that had to be the case for them

This is the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with in any business. They told me parts would arrive in 10-14 days after their initial diagnostic visit. After more than two weeks no update. When I called to inquire they claimed the parts got lost in the mail. Then they requested more money from my home warranty company to order the parts from another vendor and gave the date range of 7-10 business days again. When I called to get an estimated arrival date after 5 days, I was told there is none because there is no shipping tracking information given by the supplier. Based on Yelp reviews

Nothing but positive comments about my experience with these folks. Bryce was the technician that visited my home twice--once to diagnose the problem and again to install a part that had to be ordered. On both occasions he arrived when he said he would, was efficient, obviously knowledgable, and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.

Bryce, the 2nd Co./Tech. sent by Choice Home warranty1st one was Tactical Appliance Repair-gave up on gas leak) decided I needed two parts. After we was here, I could not get him to call me back when I had heard nothing from him after several days. He said one part came in and promised CHW (he would not return MY calls) that the other part( a common screw and gas washer), would certainly be in by "next week"; no part and no answer to my call but he did answer CHW. Promised to call me; did not. Serious lack of communication/unkept promises. And more.

Cordial, knowledgeable, accurate diagnosis of what needed to be done. Bryce showed up right on schedule!
He asked the right diagnostic questions, and within 15 minutes had made the right assessment as to what needed to be done, and had already completed the task at hand!
Very professional demeanor!
It can be hard to find good, honest technicians, you'd feel comfortable with at your home.
Not in this case, very affordable & professional!
I'd definitely recommend him to anyone in need of an appliance repair!

Bryce is courteous, professional, and great to work with. I had to have a microwave replaced at a rental property but since I'm an out-of-town owner, it was not possible for me to size and source the replacement unit myself. I called Bryce after hours to schedule an appointment to repair my dryer. He scheduled my repair for the next day. He was on time and quickly found what was wrong and made the needed repairs. I will definitely use him for future repairs and maintenance!

The only company that makes house calls outside of normals hours. Diagnosis is done by a licensed professional who is all about quality and honest affordable solutions!

They did eventually reach out, apologized for the lack of communication previously experienced and and fixed my stove as promised. They were polite and professional and my stove is working perfectly. Had it not been for the long gap without communication, I would have given a much higher rating.
