Our regular plumber was injured and not able to replace the water heater for our tenant, who had already been without hot water for several days. This was Saturday, left voicemails with a few and just not a lot of options unless I wanted to pay a big "emergency" service fee. I found Eco-Flow, they had someone out on Sunday. Done. Very happy!

Kevin is very profressional, super friendly and explains the work he's doing in detail. He flushed 3 on-demand water heaters for me and also did a cleaning and maintenance on a septic basin and injector pump. I felt I was in very good hands - he was quick and efficient. I've had great experiences with Eco Flow people coming out and fixing or even improving the equipment or piping they worked on. I'd recommend them for sure!

Discovered a leak on my main water line from the meter to the house. Called several companies, no one was able to come out. I called Eco-Flow and they sent someone out within an hour and a half. Kevin and Josh were able to find the problem quickly and get it taken care of within a couple of hours. Will definitely be using this company in the future if any additional plumbing needs come up.

Kevin and Josh from Eco-Flow were great! Courteous, wearing masks properly (for COVID-19 safety) and fast. They came out to snake a shower drain (worst task ever) that was draining slowly and a toilet that had started leaking at the base. Both jobs were tackled and completed in under an hour. Kevin walked me through what they were going to do beforehand, explained what they did when the work was completed, and had me "test" their work to make sure I was satisfied before leaving.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink clogged up really badly. I tried to fix it myself with a snake but he got even worse.
Luckily I had a chance to speak to Scott today who sent in the next hour his employee. Kevin showed up right on time and he assessed the problem really quickly in a very professional manner.

Having vacation rentals makes it imperative that I have an honest, reliable plumber on speed dial. Scott of Eco-Flow Plumbing is just such a plumber. I have been using Eco-Flow for all of my rental properties routine, as well as emergency plumbing needs. Over the past several years Eco-Flow Plumbing has replaced several hot water heaters, snaked main lines, replaced shower valves as well as fixed leaky toilets. Scott and his crew were very professional all the way. Lupe informed me of the procedure from start to finish of the lateral sewage repair. They were clean and were able to complete the job without destroying my yard or new plants. They were fast and detailed with repair. I strongly recommend Eco Flow for lateral sewage repairs.

Eco flow was able to come right out when we had a blocked sewage line - amazingly it cleared itself - Kevin walked the property and the block actually - came up with a game plan and did not charge me anything! Sure enough it struck again and they came out the same day I called - cleared the line with a lot of work and the used a camera where they found a huge root ball blocking the sewer line. They were back a day later and replaced the whole section carefully replacing the lawn - did a great job cleaning up - hardly could tell they had been there! Definitely will be using them in the future!!

Scott has always been attentive to our needs, I've called help late on a Saturday night, and he has sent the guys out the next day. They've done BIG jobs for us and little jobs for us, even the semi-annual snaking of the washing machine drain.
I love that they are local and that they speak the language of Santa Cruz.

We called Eco flow to fix an urgent plumbing matter in one of our homes. We made an appointment, cleared our schedule, and waited. Despite receiving numerous promises from Scott the owner, he did not show up. He never even called to say he would be late or not make it. When we finally fired him, he was unapologetic and arrogant. The attitude was terrible. With over 30 plumbers servicing this area, we feel that this business, despite having the name "eco" should be called "ego" plumbing.
